How to make candied-caramelised cashew nuts

Caramelised-candied maple syrup cashew nuts
Super easy to make with only a few ingredients .
Cooking time 5-8 minutes
1cup of sugar
2cups of raw cashew nuts
1/3 of a cup of water
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in a fry pan on medium heat ,
mix till all the nuts are coated in the syrup and simmer and keep mixing the whole time.
The mixture looks syrupy, then turns to white sand texture and then golden sand texture with in a few minutes.
When the mixture turns golden brown and all nuts are coated add what ever flavour u like, i added maple syrup then gave it a mix
Pour the nuts on a silicon mat or baking paper to cool leave for 15 minutes AND ENJOY
