  • How to make candied nuts recipe. These go great on salads, cheese boards, or a perfect bar snack! Can substitute cashews with walnuts, pecans, or any nuts in your pantry.
    Ingredients:
    1# Cashews (Raw, Unsalted)
    1c Granulated Sugar
    1tsp Cinnamon, Ground
    1tsp Kosher Salt
    1ea Egg White Only
    1Tbs Water
    Directions:
    Pre-Heat Oven to 250 Degrees
    Combine/Mix Sugar, Cinnamon, and Kosher Salt Together/Reserve
    Whisk Egg White and 1Tbs Water Together to Form Frothy Soft Peaks
    Add Cashew's to Whisked Egg Whites and Fold Together
    Sprinkle all Sugar, Cinnamon, & Kosher Salt Into Mixing Bowl of Cashews in Small Batches and Fold Together
    Spread Seasoned Nuts onto Sprayed Baking Tray Evenly
    Bake @ 250 Degrees for 1 Hour Removing Nuts Every 15min to Stir, and Spread Back Evenly
    After 1 Hour of Baking, Cool to Room Temp
    Store in Air Tight Container
