You will need 1 cup of Arborio rice 1/2 cup of sugar Vanilla extract A pinch of salt Baking dish of your choice And enough milk to to fill the dish you choose Pre heat oven 170 c Bake for one hour check rice is Cooked Once rice is cooked then turn oven down to 140 c for another 25 minutes Let cool place in fridge over night for best results Enjoy your creamy rice pudding

It help set Jams you buy from Cole’s or Woolworths . It has pectin which is usually found in fruit
Will eliminating the chilli seeds reduce the heat?
A little bit I suppose and depending what kind of chillies you use

I have the oven on set at 50 degrees Celsius and have tea towels the oven I have the other colours I’m not using wrapped and in the oven

Why do you need to bake it a second time after adding the caramel ?
Hey Mel, to set the caramel . It goes thick . I blast it in the oven on about 180 c until I see it going brown and bubbly on top . Ask any other questions you like this is my favourite thing to make 👌

In a "toffee", use sugar, butter, corn syrup, pinch of salt, vanilla and baking soda at the end. The soda can be optional, it makes it little bit softer in texture but still sets up crunchy and delicious. This recipe is like a simple "candied" popcorn but of course anything with sugar on it will be good. Lol Merry Christmas!!
