The home is so well designed, apart from the fact there is no clothes storage in the bedroom. I would definitely pull space from somewhere else to include wardrobes, many homes smaller that this have built in storage. Have a look at the dinari XL for ideas, apart from that issue, I live the unit.
QUEEN MURPHY BED with a built in drop down desktop, for the bedroom. PERFECT!! For the life of me, I don’t understand WHY these small homes don’t show Murphy beds as a big solution. A dual use room and opening up space!
Liked it. Remove extra window and French doors from room, add shelves for storage. Get rid of dishwasher and add a drying rack above sink with a cabinet on each side. Add window below dish rack since it will get wet but it won’t get as damaged. And please make the roof even, why is it slanted?

I want lighter floors,need two bedrooms and two bathrooms; stackable washers and dryer;one bathroom ADA toilet with rails and a full large shower with seat and rails,mirror with de fogging, and a makeup light! Kitchen I need a full size gas stove! Also a small dishwasher or a dish drawer! Bathroom will need flushing toilets!
What is it with tiny houses with two sets of French doors like this? I'd rather have one regular sized door and the wall space to accommodate shelving and storage.

HVAC air filtration--would like to know more about how capable it is to keep mold from building. Also: no closets for hanging outdoor clothing? Indoor clothing? Also what about heating? Our Canadian climate can be severe, as we all know.
Do you have a similar model with 2 bedrooms? Is the composting toilet high enough for an elderly person? Is the pocket door wide enough for a wheelchair? What material is used for the interior walls? Can you hang paintings and such?

Nice but… What about clothes? Where do people pit their clothes? Dog door seems bid enough to let a human through; gave me the beejeebees… what about screens for those huge doors. Mosquito feast! A buddy of mine had their tiny home stolen; any way to prevent this? Very nice job but, unless I missed it, I saw no closets anywhere…
The refrigerator is too small and I would have a solid wall across from the sofa. One double door in the living part of the house is enough. I would also put the door in the bedroom on the opposite side so there would be a door to go to the backyard. The extra counter space and cabinets in the kitchen is nice but maybe you could compact the kitchen so that there would be more room to put a closet in the bedroom.
There's no closet in the bedroom or space for a dresser...not good. Also to many sliders in the living room not enough wall space for TV etc. I really like the kitchen, fridge could be bigger/taller.
Boy you'd be in trouble if you didn't have electricity for that toilet to be used and yes on occasion we're out of electricity for a solid 3 weeks for the storm comes through. What t h e n?😢

All the kitchens are disportionately large. I would prefer more living space.

Why have a pull down bed when there is already a dedicated bedroom. I would reduce the size of the kitchen in favour of a bigger living space?

The space is already OPEN. It's a one bedroom unit and not a studio space.

Love how modern the design is. But no closets, not enough storage. Recreational cottages does it a little better. They are 399 square feet models.

I loved this model. Can it have a larger refrigerator I’m used to having a 6’wide refrigerator and freezer side by side ?
Wonderful home, well built, though I personally would never choose 3 massive glass doors and a large kitchen, but it is a custom design.
