How about you video the actual place instead of the prettified showroom la, then you feel the reality of this place. Yer.
Only drawback is the facility block is not connected and was told to walk along the internal road to access, or use carpark level to walkover if raining. And still need umbrella to cross the road. Not acceptable for this standard of condo. It should be seamless connection.
Hi Eric, I just signed spa for Miranda Hill. I believe With the MRT3 Segambut station just 400meter from Miranda hill and bon kiara, it will be a game changer for both of the surroundings by 2030. The kampungs in the area will be replaced for the MRT underground station and all the supporting infrastructure above ground how the road looks like will be very different from now. As for Miranda Hill or Bon buyers, the timing works very well,a big appreciation after key collection and renovation completed. This is due to not just because of the station but the major upgrade improvements to the surroundings plus the new road that will be connected to jalan duta.

love ghr property. hate the real location. it's basically under NKVE at the slum.
