I was neutral in the beginning, but now I believe Johnny. Amber’s story has way too many inconsistencies.

Their prep was amazing. The amount of evidence they prepared to disprove Amber's claims of abuse related injuries was great. All those pictures were from a believable frame of time where most would agree that she should have the injuries she claimed to have still visible, not to mention pics of her from multiple angles and medical reports. AHs team have had little to no concrete evidence to show and are left asking terribly speculative questions to give her a chance to appeal to the jury and JDs lawyers knew what they would try to use and wasn't gonna let them get away with it. In the end, all Amber's answers made her look bad and or stupid, the lawyer had nothing and got shut down and outclassed. It's tough having to defend the guilty.

She needed to gain their sympathy so she looks at them as if she's speaking to them directly and in theory this should make what she says feel more personal to them. The fact that they payed the video of her being interviewed in 2016 and how much more snarky she seems in that video compared to the innocent person she is trying to portray 6 years later is quite revealing of what the two-faced person Amber Heard is.
Some who is "scared, traumatized and abused" by someone like she claims would NEVER have the guts to say the things she said to him out of fear of being abused. I heard her say she ALWAYS tried to fix the situation and calm things down those recordings sound like the complete opposite. It's amazing to me she thinks people are just going to believe her when she is on recordings saying these things! She's really really freaking crazy she needs some help for real.
It’s crazy when you see pictures of her from just 5 years ago. 30 to 35 and she looks like she’s aged a decade. Hatred will do that to you.

She's done much more damage to herself than anyone else, because she has multiple deep seeded mental disabilities. I'm not saying these things as an insult to her, I'm stating facts.

While amber... i had no idea who she was. It just happens that every film they mention. I remember her as the worst actress in the film. Every single time.

She shouldn't be allowed to make the jury feel awkward by staring at them and talking directly to them throughout her entire cross examination to sell her story. She should have to respond to the prosecution or the judge. It's gross.
They take note of it... anytime a compromising question or direction occurs, she then look to the jury to correct it. These are a very capable legal team. 250 lawyers in the firm. 200,000$ retainer. They dont mess around. Honestly, its just practice for them because theyve already made a valuable case against her. They arent just building it. They want to lay waste to this entire issue so it never arrises again...

I myself was a battered woman started at 19 for a few years , my 1st marriage , I can tell you explicitly in detail about the 1st time I was beaten and the many times that followed ! I remember parts of my last beating as well as seeing black nothing but darkness . I am 65 now and I still & always will remember ! I really don't believe any person be it female or male ever forgets ! Unless they were knocked out and ended in a comma or dead

My dad always told me that the nice thing about the truth is that it's the only story you have to remember. If you lie to everyone around you, eventually you forget what you told people and you get caught in your own web of deceit. I think that's where Heard is. She has lied so often to so many people, she can't remember what she said, when or to whom. I'm beginning to feel sorry for the poor girl. Her disturbances are real and her pathological need for attention is both sad and frightening. Needy doesn't begin to describe her. Even her friends have pulled away and show signs of exhaustion. Because it is exhausting to be in any kind of relationship with someone that needy. It gets to a point where you just have no more to give. It appears her friends and Depp got to the point that they were just done. Depp is hardly faultless. The substance abuse exacerbated his own emotional problems and he clearly hasn't come to terms with his conflicted relationship with his own mother. He has a pattern of becoming involved with people, particularly women, who are clinging, unstable, and emotionally volatile. He is recreating the relationship with his mother. He is trying to "fix" her and that relationship by "fixing" everyone around him. This is an unhealthy pattern that I hope he breaks. The woman that is the mother of his children seems to be the only one that doesn't fit that mold.

Depp's lawyer is taking something out of context. Amber is attempting to put it into context. It's like if someone said "I love punching holes in the paper with the hole puncher" and they only played "I love punching". would you be okay with someone just playing that without explaining why you said it? If Amber does not offer context, those lawyers certainly are not going to offer up that information.

@@solm.6184 Have you ever been hit by someone? You protect yourself. In the process of doing so you may hit someone. It's true. But that does not make it your fault, it does not make you the aggressor.
She had already spent years not fighting back. At some point she chose to begin to fight back. She hit him with an open had slap. The only time she ever actually hit him and it was not in self defense what when she hit him to stop him from throwing her sister down the stairs. Her protective instincts kicked in.
But she did not hit him at all ever until after years of him having punched her a countless number of times over the years. He was constantly going back and forth into and out of sobriety and conjuring up what he labeled "the Monster".
If you are talking about the bathroom incident, she hit him because he rolled over her bare feet with the door, hurting her quite badly. HE, tried to justify hurting her feet. Who knows if it was on purpose? Either way it caused her to respond by hitting him. "Hitting not punching". Which never would have happened if he had not been blocking the door from opening. She was worried he was going to suffocate on his own vomit. That is why she was trying to get into the bathroom. One of the many times he had passed out. She was told to turn him on his side if he does this. Addicts falling asleep on their back is the cause of many accidental deaths.
The moment she pointed out the pocketknife on the bed i went "HOLY CRAP, THE WOODWORKING ATTORNEY NAILED IT!"

Let this be a lesson folks. Lies are stored in our short term memory and almost impossible to sequence on recall. They never happened so short term memory forgets them same as it does a dream.

ummm, noooo. As evidenced by Amber Heard, she not only has an incredible ability to generate lies but an extensive memory for the number of lies she's told. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Even my own Mother, who has BPD, NPD, and Depression can't compete. And there are thousands upon thousands of criminals and politicians and mafia and just people, who tell lies and remember them. There is abundant studies, scientific evidence, proving that most people, at least Westerners, lie in some way, 2-3 times per day. A more appropriate assessment would be: people lie. but remembering their lies is, to an unknown extent, dependent upon a) their investment in the relationship and/or what they hope to gain in a prospective relationship (in a nutshell: how much the liar values the relationship with the person he/she lied to). The higher value they place on it, the more likely they are to remember the lies they've told, but in fact, there is also a greater propensity to lie to protect the relationship should it come under threat. And b) many types of brain injury, disabilities, and mental illnesses, as well as being a youth, are determinants to lying. If this were not the case, humans would trust each other, and no one would be suspicious because lying could easily be identified by anyone. Lots and lots of people remember their lies.

The fact people are trustful has no bearing on why a person is lying to them. People are either naturally wary or not. Lying is not natural. People should trust each other but liars exist. It is naturally compulsive to some people who do not want reality realised. This is not excused by the few people with genuine inability to recall events continuously through trauma or mental health.

Whether amber wins this case or not, her career is ruined. Most of the Internet believes Johnny, her fecal matter is on the Internet, people think she’s a liar, and they don’t take her seriously. I’m not familiar with her acting but my goodness based on what we saw with the previous cross-examination… she’s really not a good actress to be fair. If I were her I would have remained in the relationship for my career sake. I think her strategy was based on ego, thinking she’s already made it hence her criticising Johnny, (one of the best actors of all time with his character changes).

As a human trafficking / domestic violence survivor, for me i couldn't look my abuser in the eye, not only because of being scared, but also out of fear of, him taking something as harmless as, eye contact and spinning it to use against me somehow....or as some sort of indirect or direct challenge/threat to him and I would have been punished for... She's looking for his eyes to grasp on to something... Her and my abuser used identical tactics to abuse and isolate me. Love and light to Johnny I'm right there with you. @@courtenbradford there are involuntary reactions that would be shown regardless as a domestic violence survivor. She has none of them, but what she does show are consistent (duping) slips that are involuntary. That reveals itself constantly. Numerous lying body ques as well as facial expressions indicating huge red flags, consistently. I'm a human trafficking survivor as well as a domestic violence survivor and I also work in a mental health field. Years of Lived experience as well as my training and education in mental health, being certified in trauma informed care, human right officer certified, has gifted me with the intuition and knowing that this women has used my truth and trauma to get what she wants and destroy another dv survivor, Johnny I mean, as well as all of the people involved are essentially being coerced and manipulated , as well as traumatized and retraumatized by her. She is a puppet master and the abuser. Also I have documentation and evidence to support all of my claims. I stand with johnny Depp. Survivor standing by another survivor. 🙏🙌💜 I hope all can acquire some awareness from this trial. Love and light to all affected by this trial. Abused women / men do not TAUNT and laugh in the face of their abuser in the maniacal manner that Amber did in that recording! Not in a million years! ( well perhaps only if they saw their abuser behind bars.. for life ) A genuine victim knows full well that they need to keep their mouth shut for their own safety. I can only speak for myself,
but I find it hard to imagine any domestic abuse victim actively begging and trying to keep their aggressor within their immediate vicinity - who would want to stay in the same space as a violent person that you know is going to assault you? Her words vs the evidence are just so insanely incongruent I can’t fathom how any jury could be buying her story 🤷♀️- I really do hope he wins this case .

I watched a behavior analyst who analyzed her testimony who said it's common when someone is lying to get dry mouth, I forget why, but it was one of many indicators of deception amongst her testimony. It's sickening to watch and listen to her.

This is uncomfortable to talk about but one thing I witnessed while working at a hospital emergency room years ago was a young teenage couple came in for treatment. They were both scared to death because they had used an empty bottle, both consenting. The problem is when a bottle is used like that, it creates a suction and it gets unremovable, severe and terrifying pain. The Dr. simply covered her in sheets and a blanket so she would not get cut with flying glass, then gently busted the bottom out of the bottle to release the suction.

Ambers guy friend who became friends with Johnny who generously allowed him to live rent free in one of his condos. His testimony hurt Johnny's character of violent behavior and verbal abuse while on drugs and alcohol. He recounted awful particular events he witnessed. He akso revealed personal things Johnny had shared with him. He also presented pics of two areas on Ambers head, supposedly where Johnny pulled out 2 clumps of her hair during their big fight. Well wait for it, the pics showed two nasty sores on Ambers head, where Johnny had supposedly pulled out two clumps of her hair during a fight. I thought finally real injuries, BUT wrong, her friend on this video testified that Amber wore hair extensions and then it made sense. The sores looked red and infected with pus in the opened sores. I thought it odd that these fresh wounds were already showing signs of infection with pus present. Then the nerdy friend presented a pic of 2 clumps of hair on the floor. The hair was very matted and frizzy. I bet she had two areas of where extensions were located on her head got really infected and thats why the hair actually just came out because it was embedded loosly in infected sores on her scalp. I also bet that doctors report she presented was in reference to a check up for the head sores after being prescribed antibiotics. I thought it was odd that the doctors report talked about how her skin looked when she claimed going to the doctor about a so called concussion. I believe the little lip injury looked like clumped up lipstick or photoshopped. The picture of her lips looked perfect when she appeared on James Corbin the very next day.
She also gets Botox so likely is Botox swelling after injections.
