If you made the air gap with the corrugated plastic, doesn't the eternabond tape seal it off preventing any airflow?

YES! And it will insulate heat back to panel!!

Hello, nice information. I have one query. Can we glue the flexible solar panel to thermoplastic PVC sheet having 12-15 mm thickness? And can this sheet then glued to the roof (IBR or corrugated) of the house? (We want that way as there are chances of roof replacement, in that case we want the panels not to be damaged)

Leave the trailing section cut in two pieces so that the air/moisture/heat can flow through the front and back. Sealing the back section completely will pile up condensation inside.

It’s best to lay down a piece vinyl wrap bigger than the panel that way if you ever have to revive it all the mess leaves with the vinyl
