It's amazing how powerful a simply fill in the sentence prompts can be. I just finished creating "We! Connect Sticker Nametags" that have prompts like "I love to talk about _____" or "I am curious to know more about ______." Powerful way to teleport into good conversations indeed!
I'm not sure that AirBnb is necessarily a model, Mary. It just really struck me when I visited there HQ in San Francisco many years ago that they had "you belong here" above many doorways. The idea that they materialized a concept that is so often left hidden and undiscussed really struck me. I haven't been in touch with what they've been up to in the last 4 years or so. I assume they are still pushing and caring deeply about creating a place for people to belong though.
