Every single video of yours, I walk away with something new to think on. Yes! I struggle with stating my intention concisely when speaking in front of a group. I’m definitely going to be more intentional about asking “how” and “what” questions. Lots to think about here and how it applies to my youtube job as well as my role in my church. Reflective listening is difficult.

I think that sometimes we spend to much time and energy trying to please everyone (and... let´s face it: it is impossible!). It’s funny…I’ve been watching several videos of yours everyday. Today I presented some material supplied by a potential employer I was interviewing with, and some of what I’ve already learned came out. I nailed it. Where do I send your royalty check to? Heh Heh...

Being clear about intention involves a small level of social risk. But the benefit is almost always worth it because you invite EVERYBODY to be playing the same game-or opt out of the game altogether which is just as important.
