I wish I wasn't so poor I'd jump on this deal in a heartbeat! As someone who lives in the mountains of northern New Mexico and can do a lot with very little I could turn this place into something amazing. But the lack of money keeps me from deals like this. Hopefully who ever gets this property enjoys it. It's really beautiful in that area.
@LANDIO does the property border the cliff or is there another owner between the boundary and the cliff. It wasn't clear and the map doesn't clarify either.
Who cares about power??? Is there WATER?
Collect Rainwater. Interesting that the land is close to an ancient volcano 🌋

400 gallons of water a year keeps you alive.

Who owns the cliff edge portion? Is the property line accurate? If so it seems you dont have access to the mesa cliffs.
probably just so you cant build there. im guessing its dangerous.
The property goes right to the edge of the mesa in one spot. What about the rest of the edge?
