The people running with the flag always makes me tear up a little. When one goes down the other picks it up. Definitely a you mess with one of us you mess with ALL of us moment.
That part got to me a bit too. Its really a deep and meaningful image that is being portrayed in that scene. Its all types of individuals all fighting for the same thing. Each one being struck down just for the next one to pick up the flag and keep fighting for it because it stands for something to believe in.

I was pleasantly surprised by your reaction. This music video has been extremely controversial. Those on the socialist side of politics lose their minds when seeing it. How dare zombies be wearing the hammer and sickle. That said your hair colors, though they look good 😉, made me leap to conclusions before the song. Like I started with, pleasantly surprised.
Yeah I have read a few comments where some people have judged me by the way I look, specifically my colorful hair. This actually saddens me. I know you meant this comment in a good way but judging someone by their appearance just makes me sad. Appearances have nothing to do with opinions or personality. My colorful hair is actually just a wig. I wear wigs in all of my youtube videos and twitch streams because its just for fun. My hair is red under the wig. I work full time and I am a full time graduate student but appearances doesn't show that part of me.
This is not the 1st time someone has judged me by my appearance and it won't be the last. In fact I have been told that my pointy fingernails are vile and my red hair is the color of sin. I have been told that I am evil by just the color of my hair and the shape of my fingernails but that person's opinion does not make the reality of who I am true. So assuming I am a certain political viewed person by hair color seems sad to me because as you said you were pleasantly surprised by what I said. The saying "Never judge a book by its cover" is more then just a silly saying.
On the point of the video, there is quite a bit in the video that I can understand why some people see it a certain way. Music is art and it can be interpreted different to different people. I heard and saw some things in this song/video that others might see differently. I dont think any opinion is right or wrong as they are all opinions. Some people agree with opinions and some don't. There was quite a bit in this video I didn't mention because there was a lot going on in it. I dont pay much attention to what party feels what about this video. I feel like each party is going to view it in a perspective that correlates with their beliefs. Like if you think about it there is quite a bit that could be seen in different ways. I just spoke how I saw it.
@@ScarletKnight Leaping to conclusions is something all of us do on an involuntary basis. It is something many of us are actually trained to do. The standard call and response in ths military is, "stay alert" followed by "stay alive". The instinctual, and often wrong, immediate assessment of a person, an environment, a situation is quite often a learning experience. One that I enjoy learning from.
@@danielrupp7578 I like that response. I mean don't get me wrong I am a person who is very aware of my surroundings. I have been a correctional officer and probation officer before. So its just something I am quite used to doing. I also study human behavior. I actually am working towards getting my doctorate in forensic psychology. So behaviors and assessments is something I understand. I think I read your initial comment as assessing me by my colorful hair to be tied with a certain group of individuals with a certain kind of opinion. But your response makes it apparent I mixed up your initial comment. I appreciate you clearing that up. I do not however leap to conclusions with anyone, I can't mentally do this because of my research. I have studied human behavior and specifically criminal behaviors. People can hide in plain sight and seem like they are one way but in reality be something completely different. I just view people with evolving perceptions due to this and just things from my past. I keep an open mind so that I do not develop a biased opinion on something. To me this is a good way to see the larger picture presented.
So I understand what you cleared up but I do think a bit differently on some things because of how I was raised and my needing to know why something is a certain way and my need to develop an understanding. I have always been this way since I can remember but the older I get, the more I am able to learn and understand.
Seriously though, I do appreciate your response, it cleared up your intentions and perspectives and I appreciate that. Sometimes its hard to fully express something in a comment so sometimes a discussion is needed to further understand things.

Ah I am really curious why others have not mentioned the antifa reference. I have read other comments stating this as well. I havent looked up any other reactions to this video so I havent heard what others have thought. I just do these reaction videos for fun. I'm not a musical person, i'm not a barologist, I just enjoy listening to music and watching videos and mentioning stuff I notice or emotions i get from certain songs.

I have gotten that a few times actually. Like pre-judgement due to my hair. I guess colorful hair is associated with a certain belief but I am weird and I just do my thing. I wear colorful wigs and makeup for all of my recordings and twitch streams. I just do it all for fun. My hair is actually red under the wigs, lol.

I have not looked up other reactions to this song/video. I have see several comments mentioning that I saw the antifa reference when others did not.

This right here is why I keep an open mind. I came into this expecting what side you were on by your looks, and I’m glad to say I was wrong. I’ve been trying to find left leaning reactors to see their point of view and I expected the same from this one. Not many catch the antifa reference or the “Q” reference. This is why I search out different veiws. Thank you. Also all the left leaning reactors make it an anti mask video which it clearly isn’t.
You know you are not the first person to comment on my reaction to this song/video and say that judgement was made of me by my looks. I find that to be quite sad actually. I wear colorful wigs and makeup for my youtube videos and when I stream on twitch because its just fun. I work full time and I'm going to graduate school full time. So these videos I do is just a fun outlet. The way someone looks has nothing to do with an opinion they have. I know you meant this comment in a good way but I do have to say that it is just sad that we live in a society that the way someone looks is how they are represented in the opinions of others.
I keep an open mind on quite a bit of things. I read often and I research information on my time. I do not listen nor watch the news because I learned a long time ago about narrative and ratings. I think that is why I mentioned a few things in this reaction. However I did not mention all of the references that were made in this because there was honestly a lot going on.
To search for other views of this song/video is something I haven't done so I'm not entirely sure what you have come across. But I can see how some people could get different perspectives from the song and video. Music is a type of art and often there are certain emotions or thoughts we get that differ from one another. The main thing that stuck with me throughout the whole video was the Emerson quote in the beginning, "Fiction reveals truth that reality obscures." So the song/video had me thinking of that the entire time and now with people looking for reactions to this song/video that may be something different their their own reactions makes me think of another Emerson quote "People only see what they are prepared to see." This quote makes me think of individuals who view things from different perspectives. Some people can only see what they are prepare to see.
I am glad you enjoyed my reaction. I would just ask that maybe in the future don't judge someone's looks to be part of their opinion. I have also been told that my red hair under my wigs is the color of sin and that my pointy fingernails are vile so by these alone mean that I am evil to this other person who has made a judgement of character/opinion by looks.

@@jamescurfman3284 I mean I understand that humans make observations and some will associate a certain thing with how someone looks. Its an easy thing to build a correlation on. I understand it and why it happens but that doesn't mean I have to participate in it. I dont judge anyone by how they appear. To me all that matters is the person themselves. I learned that lesson growing up. To me everyone is capable of good or evil, right or left opinions and whatever else involves 2 sides. Appearance does not mean anything in this regard. But this is my opinion and not everyone agrees with it and that is okay too.

Yes! People saw my colorful hair and assumed I would view this song a particular way. I keep an open mind to a lot and view things in a larger perspective. I read a lot and create my own thoughts and opinions on a variety of things. I have a damaged soul but its a feisty one.
We the people, article 1, think about it.. Are we really free?
Depends on the context, situation, and perception. I feel like I am free but not always. I think our government is corrupt and all politicians are liars. Our democracy was created with certain assumptions that over time have changed in perception.

Politics is just an ugly thing. It is fueled by lies, hate, corruption and just silly antics. Not to mention the effect it has on people. So many people get so invested in a candidate where they justify every wrong thing that candidate has done and make the other candidate seem like the devil. Compromise is never a thing anymore. Its always I want it my party's way and if its not that they I won't let it happen. So then the people are just stuck in the cross hairs while the government fights over their toys. It seems ridiculous to have certain politicians in power that have been in politics for decades and haven't done a damn thing. But we keep paying them. Politics is ugly. I never discuss politics with anyone unless I am saying how stupid and awful it is now. Its just messy.

Kind of a blunt question, so I guess I'm going to give you a kind of blunt response.
I came close to shooting myself in the head.
My little brother killed himself.
I have also studied different mental health issues in college as part of a way to further understand my own issues and the issues with others.
I do hope that answers your question about what I know about suicide.
