  • LOW KICKS! One of my favorite techniques to hurt your opponent's base. Without proper balance your opponent will struggle to throw their techniques. Moreover, when the low kick is timed and thrown properly it can greatly help you set up other attacks. Lest break it down!

    I’ve only been doing Muay Thai for about a month and your videos help me understand more. I just can’t put it into practice yet.. my kicks are terrible and I’m not flexible at all. I can barely move my hip properly but I’m sure with time I can.. thanks for your videos!

      Thank you! Really glad I can help! When I first started I was actually not flexible at all and really had to work on my flexibility a ton. Stretching everyday, doing the splits (middle and front) the butterfly stretch for about 30min to 45 every day help me so much. Also foam rolling is amazing to loosen up the muscles.
      Keep at it. Practicing your kicks and stretches you will get there. Consistancy is key 👊
