One aspect of the 2LoT shows that the universe is winding down, usable energy is becoming less usable. It's being held at Medger Evers College which is a historically black college. Historically Black Colleges and Universities date back before the civil rights laws of the 1960s. They were the primary way for black people to get a higher education. Us Dept of Education has recognized over 100 HBCU.
