Let's Make "LAZY LASAGNA" from Trim Healthy Mama with a SECRET INGREDIENT!

Today I made another terrific recipe from the Trim Healthy Mama Starter Book and its a keeper. Give it a try!
Lazy Lasagna
Cook: 1 lb ground beef, then add 1 12 oz jar sugar free pasta sauce and seasonings: 2 tsp dried Oregano, 1/4 tsp mineral salt, 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder, 1 doonk stevia, and sprinkle of cayenne if desired.
Cover and let simmer on low while you make the cheese sauce.
Cheese Sauce: in a Food Processor blend 4 0z of 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 6 oz fat free cottage cheese, 1 egg. Mix until smooth
Layer in 8 x 8 pan: meat/pasta sauce, cheese mixture, 4 oz mozz cheese, spinich (1 bag 10 oz) or instead I put in just 1 -2 cups of spinach and dehydrated zucchini. I made 3 layers, and then topped it with about 1 tbsp parm cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 min until hot and bubbly. Serve. Delicious!!
