Loved the Monarch on Brent's channel. It's a fantastic car. Gonna be a great driver for someone. The Model A is gonna be a super cool project for someone to finish. Look forward to more. Be safe and stay well.
I’ve got a 49 Mercury 2 door for sale in Georgia. It’s a project I’ve had a very long time. I’ve sectioned it down over a 1985 Lincoln Town Care chassis years ago. It’s set up for a 460 and a C6 automatic. It’s in prime and not chopped. My brother and my dad were my shop buddies, but they have both recently passed away. And without them, I just don’t have the desire to finish it. So, instead of keeping it for sentimental reasons, I’m gonna sale it. If you know anyone interested, send them my way.
That Model A is so tempting if current projects weren’t a plenty lol, but that car with a cantilever front suspension would be killer. That Merc is dam cool and I’m sure the next owner will love it!!
"C'mon down! Everybody's welcome! We've got everything you need at discount prices! Just don't ask us how we got it or where we got it from! It was all driven only to church on Sundays by a little old lady!"
I'd love to have either one of those. But the T I'd never get it finished, I don't think I have that much time left. I remember the build well I have been watching Brent for a few years.
Great video, thanks for sharing Karl. Would love to have the Model A, just outside of my funds for now. I'm in central Florida, an hour west of Daytona. I've seen the video from Brent on the Merc, nice build.
Wish I had the money and space for the merc. I'd bag it, paint the roof, slap a car club decal in the back window and daily drive it. Good luck with the sale, hope it goes to someone that will drive it everywhere.
I don't need more cars but someday you gotta come visit Tahoe! The hikes are all super dag friendly. Of course Model A would be a dream build but I gotta finish the current car first...
Yooooo!!! I live across the border from you! You're truck has inspired me to build a hotrod! I would love to have that Model A. I live in Lynden WA likely within an hour from you.
Enjoy your videos. Found you thru Brent. I have been looking at c6 corvettes for a while but after watching the Merc i would rather have it. I would only add a/c. So icant offer you a business deal or a cool story. Im just average. I do feel the merc has to be valued close to a price of c6 vette Those back doors are killer. That chrome dash is somethong
Wow, be nice if anyone from Ind would get it an u guys could delivery it too the James Dean Run comming in end of Sept..in Fairmont,Ind. I allread have two hotrods ..bummer
You are the ultimate salesman . I spent 5 years at a chevy dealership and knew a slew of salesmen and youd fit right in if you ever needed a side job ,jk. Lol. Good luck on the sales . Thanks for sharing!
Dang! That would be sweet to have one of those, would make a cool road trip to just north of dayton ohio, and you could check out my buddy's all steel 39 Lincoln zephyr that's chopped etc. Pretty much a done ride. Always cool deals during my hardships😂 luxuries of life lol. Thanks for sharing! Some will end up with some nice toys!
If your going through spruce grove/ Edmonton area Alberta I would love to pay you for a metal shaping class! I’m working on a hammerhead shark from 18g and could use some knowledge! Bennnets customs posted a photo of it on one of his videos!
I love the Monarch, but at age 81, I have to pretend I am mature, and recognise that I have to work on my own stuff. I am sure it will go to a great home.
Did you say that you can drive the Meteor it while you make it perfect? I think it is perfect as it is. Ok, I drove a '61 Ford Falcon daily commuting and errand running and perhaps disk brakes could make it easier to live with. But as far as looks, it is perfect.
It would be a good trip with a lot of content to come to cruising the coast here in south Mississippi! While you are here you could trade it for my 1977 gmc short box with a 454 turbo 400 …. And you get to enjoy a week of old cars n trucks!!! Just saying
@@waynerohde1036 I live in Long Beach ms and I can sit in my front yard under my big live oak and watch old cars and trucks go by so I don’t have to go on hwy 90 and get caught in all that slow traffic! lol
WOW! what an honor it would be to learn metal shaping from you. i am building a 85 international cargo star coe right now. mid engine diesel with a double drop frame. mine is going to be a hot rod hauler that can load slammed cars without any ramps at all. been bringing my channel viewers in to my shop to be part of this build. most rewarding thing i have ever done. seeing folks come from all over the country to be part of it is such a humbling experience. im in ohio. i have had local folks and others from as far away as Pennsylvania, north Carolina, Massachusetts, Mississippi, indiana, wisconsin, and michigan travel to be part of this.
That's so sad to see the Monarch go away. I watched all the episodes as Brent built it and I was not real happy about seeing you leave with it after the day at va va voom. I watched you and your brother take it out to BC and I kept looking for you to do something with it and now I find out it's leaving again ...
Now wait, I don’t understand a comment that you said in the beginning of the video. You said, “I have too many projects.” Am I the only one who believes that what you said is not really possible?!
Karl what has happened to Rosco he looks like he is walking Bow Legged, does he have arthritis if so Apple Cider Vinegar in his daily drinking water may help if it isnt advanced .I treated my senior for three year for arthritis before he passed at 17 years
Someone's gotta finish that Model A! And the Merc needs a chop and a door-ectomy (coupe conversion)! Tons of potential with both! Go Japhands, keep moving forward!

Love that Merc. That road trip from Brent's place just proves it is a solid ride.

Good luck with this, I hope you get into an interesting deal that will bring another builder to our attention. They are a couple of cool cars.
Both really cool cars, I hope you find just the right person for each one.
I def agree. @vintagetincustoms is this right guy for these, for sure
That hydraulic rear set-up is like the lift kit any- level lift! Great job!
Love the sound and smooth ride on that Merc. Hope you get some good offers.
Would be great to have depending on the price. Would be a long drive but be great to meet and see you here in Fountain, Colorado.
I started watching HalfAss about the time Brent started the build on the Merc. I say "Keep the Merc."
Krazy Karl’s Used Kar Emporium!

Craftsmanship, on the model A is top notch!
Would love to see you complete the build of the Model A !

I love the Monarch, but at age 81, I have to pretend I am mature, and recognise that I have to work on my own stuff. I am sure it will go to a great home.
Oh man I’d seriously consider the Merc if it didn’t have an LS 🤣 Brent did a nice job, I’m sure you won’t have trouble selling it! 👍

I "wish" I could do the 51. It would look fantastic when I park it in front of my 200 year old Maine barn.
That merc needs to drive right up my driveway
That model A setup is cool!
Someone will end up with a sweet car or cars. Still waiting for you to come out to Ontario for a metal shaping class. 😉
I would really love the '51. But, I live in the States, and all the import red tape is pretty daunting........to me anyway.
Would love to have the 3 window coupe, has always been one of my dream cars

The Florida pool pump motor repair guy 32750 approved ! that was good info & see = both of them look cool MiK
Dude, where can I get a pair of those industrial welder's flip flops?
Brent stopped by my place with the Merc. I like it.
So tempting
Cool cars, hate to see you selling them that Model A could be series to watch. I live in Manitoba and it would be cool to come home.

Maaan. I really hope someone from new Brunswick buys it! 😂
Starting to think of my next project down here in south west Florida. Too bad the bank account isn't as ready as I am 😅
Put a Drawbar on the model A, it would make a cool Camper Trailer.
Love that Merc.
I have too much going on to add anything but if you drive through northern Indiana on a delivery, I would love to buy you guys lunch.
Looks like a bit of Queensland WINTER weather in Canada 😂😂😂😂😂😂
i'd have that mercury, drive it to the uk, or maybe i'll just move to Canadia, Is it far?
Hahha it’s not that kinda boat
That's a great idea. It would make awesome content.
Awesome car
Merc would be nice to cruise with friends.
But got to ask, what happened to mrs. Fishers black caddy?
In storage for now
I would like the 3 window A , all you need to do is Deliver it to Queensland Australia for me ?????? Please 😎
I’m a queenslander so I was wondering how that would work. Big bucks for transport man, that would be the killer.
I think he’s thinking flying and boating it there. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang!❤
@@paulvanhouts3365 Probably not a lot if it fits in a container with other stuff..Bennets Customs does it a lot.
I prefer the Monarch, but not sure if it would be legal here in NSW.
Yeah. I’ll take the monarch if ya wanna go halves in Transport. I’m in Brisbane.
Is the model a still for sale
Did Brent get all the glass custom cut or where do you get new windows for a 51 Merc?
All flat glass so it’s just cut to fit

I think he would rather have cash!
if I had the cash could you build the 5 window and metal finsh and clear coat and deliver to Australia ?
Did you give up on the Zephyr project?
Nope ! Just wanted to finish the ramp
What would the Model A cost finished out??
Not something I’m going to do
Heard about your channel from @vintagetincustoms you got some awesome builds on here

Would love to buy the merc🙏how about delivery to Australia 😂

How hard is buying a car from Canada and brining in to the US?
Not hard. I expect that’s where it will end ip
What happen to the Cadillac hydraulic suspension build
I think it was his partners, and they seperated.
Yes we split but I own the car now so it will get built
