I know a lady who was happy for the strong nails and hair but ignored the bleedings and got the cancer in uterus. So please be cauteous and get testet regularily by gyn. if you continue. I believe that HRT is safer. Take care😊
@@helenali4938 Are you a qualified medical professional?
@@helenali4938I have learned if a women still has her uterus should also use some form of progesterone to protect the uterus (preferably one of local application). 😮 Do your own search please.
It gave me heart palpitations!
Thanks for that information.
I took black cohosh as a tincture high dose for about 6 weeks. I had extremely bad hot flashes day & night. It helped me enormously. I went from not sleeping feeling exhausted to managing my menopause. I think the dosage is significant in achieving success with it. I had an early menopause.
Hm
In Europe women don't care really about menopause just live with it 😊
I think chronic stress levels are higher in North America which makes transition to menopause a lot harder.
@@Souldesouse yes I think so too🙂
Yes and the foods we eat here in America, that I think makes a big difference.
It wakes women up though which causes less sleep.
