Our FABulous Place

Our FABulous Place is a book that was commissioned by Wexford Library Service was made possible through the sponsorship of the Creative Ireland Creativity in older age programme.
The project holds a special significance as it gathers the stories of the residents who have witnessed the transformation of Coolcotts over the years.
It captures the essence of their experiences and the history of the Ferndale, Ashfield, and Belvedere estates.
These stories, accompanied by local histories and reflections from younger community members, provide a comprehensive account of the last 40 years in the area.
