This guy would unironically make a great villain (not BBEG, but the villain of a single arc at least) for a D&D game. Players requested by local authorities to track down a sadistic, knife-wielding serial-killer who've been plaguing the city recently - only to wind up with a lot more than they bargained for when the simple cutthroat they're looking for turns out to be a maniacal, psychotic Bard who enjoys playing with them with illusion and time-manipulation magic, setting elaborate traps and taunting them after they get hit with slow/hold/stun...
There is art in crafting things, from beautiful paintings, to DnD builds (like a Tangle the lemur build Sir Tulok is soon to make, please?) but seeing the crystallized moment of the last breath, the instant of a blossoming death, some would call that perfection in art. Born in Florence, Stefano Valentini was a war photographer that after taking a shrapnel in the eye went to become an artist and serial killer in krimson City. Later he would join Union through the interactions with Yukiko Hoffman, allowing him to twist the reality of the STEM system to gain power within it. If a macabre performance is what you want to bring to your play, this is a good gallery to get inspiration, but watch out for any meddling detective near you, It would be disgraceful that your last art piece is a crossed photo of you in a closed case file.
Interesting build, I'm not familiar with the character but the jokes had me dying. Really like how you always try to make the build in an interesting and character appropriate way instead of what the "easy approach" people might expect
I like how instead of going with the obvious picks like Sebastian, Ruvik, or the safe-head guy from the first game, you went with the sequel character.
Always love seeing these videos for inspiration I'm surprised you haven't done Roger From American Dad, would be fun to play a Skill focused character who has different personas attached to each of those skills. Maybe even having the Criminal Contact background since he always seems to "know a guy" even if sometimes that guy is him most of the time 😅
Time Stop is definitely super situational. But is good to "instantly" set up all your prep spells in a single turn. Great for wizards who have a few very powerful non-concentration spells, or can set up a death trap in a second. Maybe less useful here.
Tulow could you make next DC villain. The Talon from The Court of Owls. He is a literal undying assasin with a lot of strengh and healing. My build would be, as his race reborn to gain advantage in dead saving throws, and being a barbarian zealot ( maybe other class) and assasin rouge. And maybe bard to gain a lot of self healing spell, but i'm not really that sure. Can you do better?
If I'm correct the fey touched feat doesn't have any requirements. So you don't need the spellcasting feature and could have chosen a different class at level 1. Love the video

Obviously a drunken master monk would work but you could also give him some really cool proficiency’s and tool skills (such as brewers supplies, since he drinks his own families herbal tea (basically alcohol but not for rating issues lol)).
My one request above all else is “Judge Holden from Blood Meridian.” However I completely understand if you haven’t read the book or even intend to😅 and honestly, I’m not even sure how I’D put him into a D&D setting🤔

The stabbing is only so they can survive in a fantasy dnd world with monsters and bandits and shit… and maybe they’ve done a BIT of crime to get into places they shouldn’t be in. Might drop a few bard levels for a few more rogue ones with that concept though, thief seems interesting here.
Could you make Sasori from Naruto or some character that utilizes puppets of some sort while being extremely weak themselves? Battle smith gets some of this, but you’re stronger than your steel defender, and it can’t as easily perform as a defender against anyone who comes after you directly. Beast master takes up your action, which is closer, but you even more tanky than an artificer and can’t customize the beast. The spell animate objects is good but is somewhat limited for most campaigns since it’s 5th level. Maybe something with college of creation bard might work.
You know what, out of all the character builds I've seen on RUclips and everywhere, I don't think I've seen a lot of, or any, BioShock builds. So how would y'all build someone like Subject Delta or Jack? Or even Rosie, Mr. Bubbles or one of the named Splicers?
