I started using head and shoulder which has selenium sulfide too but what kind of problem have u had isit yellow patchy scalp and red itchy scalp that’s what I have I used coal tar but it only removes the scales nothing much and inflammation comes back

So a doctor prescribed me this shampoo, Selsun Blue and it worked wonders, I'm not saying I've got rid off of dandruff BUT it goes for months around 8-12 months and if comes back, i use this shampoo twice a week for a month. And again I'm dandruff free for months
REMEMBER don't ever use these kind of medicated shampoos for long term. It's gonna reduce it's effect and damdruff shampoos especially support hairfall. And your hair are gonna get rough so use them as a treatment just for shorter time.

I'm using scalp +shampoo. It's price is 250. But this shampoo has no foam so we need more to use in scalp. And it is found in very small quantity. But it reduces dandruff. I have oily dandruff attached with scalp. I had used this shampoo three times and my dandruff and itchiness reducing slowly. But i have to purchase this shampoo in short periods. At least three bottles in one month. 😢

It actually causes people to have more dandruff because of how much it strips your hair. It’s makes the scalp produce more sebum because it thinks the hair is too dry then the sebum build up again and makes your hair get oily more easily
Plus since it also strips your hair it cause you to lose hair as well

You could probably use a different shampoo thats not as strong for the days you wash your hair without the dandruff shampoo, just make sure it doesnt make it worse by looking at the ingredients.

Hey ik a good recipe for rlly good hair growth results show under 2 months ,
a rosemary hair spray (made at home )
Get fresh rosemary at ur local store and boil for 20-30 mins let cool for about an hour and put into a spray bottle . Apply to roots all around head 2-3x a day (probably 2x it’s easier day + night) and put it on before and after showers . The mixture lasts for a month and has to be kept refrigerated xx I hope this helped good luck 💗

I only use a gentle conditioner in the middle of my hair and the ends never my scalp
After using scalpe plus shampoo my hair & scalpe becomes oily..

Use Selsun it’s awesome it but it burns a little but that’s what it does, i’ve been using it for a while now and it’s awesome, the shampoo itself is blue so it’s cool, no it doesn’t color your hair blue Lol

@@ray.j3351 use it twice a week but if you have dandruff use Nizoral instead because selsun blue dries your hair out more and is more harsh plus Nizoral keeps dandruff away more reliably for longer
To get rid off dandruff quickly cleansing more with DIY treatments you will thank me again
