For most scooters it won’t adjust far enough forward unless it is placed the other way around. There would be far more scope to find the correct lifting point. I don’t wish to enter a debate, just putting it out there that if the way you suggest doesn’t work for their scooter, there could be another option. Kind regards

Genuinely has been fitted the wrong way round. The Halo shape is meant to allow you to take the battery on and off the scooter.

He’s put it on back to front. The centre of gravity will be too far forward where it is

The majority of the weight is at the back, so it needs to be lifted there. On the side of the hoist is there a screw, it’s position is adjustable.
