(1) Sapal RTU is a primer, sealer and waterproofing in one. It can be used as primer for applying 2 coats and another 2 coats of any water-based paints of your choice or as coatings for 3 coats. Available in gray and white but can be tinted with acri-color to achieve your desired color.

You can also use it as waterproofer by just adding a half part of water to 1 part of Sapal 2in1.

You also need to check if the existing paint is still intact and not peeling off. If this conditions are met, you just have to sand it lightly and clean the area prior to repainting using Sapal RTU.

you need to remove your existing waterproofing and apply Flexicrete. Flexicrete is a two component cementitious type waterproofing for roof deck. It requires concrete topping or tiles for protection.

Hi. Thank you for your inquiry. For these situations, you'll need a waterproofing system that can be applied inside the house/building. If the positive side is hard to waterproof, you need to at least prevent rainwater from penetrating your interior wall surface. Otherwise, your interior wall paint will suffer from blistering and efflorescence. Plus, it should be flexible enough to withstand the movements or vibrations of walls.

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. For newly plastered wall, let the concrete cure for at least 28 days before applying Sapal RTU if you will not use a skim coat. It is required for a 3 coatings if you will not add a top coat. However, you can use 2 coats of Sapal RTU plus another 2 coats of any water-based paints that your prefer. Top coat is only optional.

For balcony waterproofing,we have two options that you can use: Cementitious Underlayment or Waterproof Top Coat.
1. Flexicrete is a flexible cementitious waterproofing underlayment. It can be applied on areas where you need to apply a topping.
2. Clever Sil is a water-based, polyurethane waterproofing system that can be applied using a roller. It can be applied without a topcoat in areas with low to medium foot traffic.

For high-level floors like condominium units, applying a waterproofing membrane from outside the building is impossible. As a result, we recommend negative side waterproofing such as Flexor (for second and higher floors) and Crystor (for basement up to ground floor).
