May 7 storey condo ako na for exterior repainting... this is my plan. 1st , Tapalan/masilyahin ko muna ang mga hairline crack ng sapal 2 in 1 then 2nd, i will use Sapal RTU as first coat then 3rd, will use elastomeric paint as my 2nd and final coat. Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Tama po, i-repair nyo muna yung cracks using Sapal 2in1. Then 3 coats ng Sapal RTU kung hindi na kayo magtatop coat. Pero kung magtatop coat kayo, pwedeng 2 coats lang ng Sapal RTU then another 2 coats naman ng any water-based paints ng top coat na choice nyo.

The required coats are 2 coats for Sapal RTU and another 2 coats for any water-based paints your prefer.

Option 2 Flexicrete cementitious waterproofing. -kung mag titiles po kayo or mag concrete toppings after ng application, kailangan siyang patungan kasi wala siyang UV resistance.

1. Above Ground - we recommend a Negative Side Flexible Cementitious Waterproofing system to withstand movements and negative side pressure.
2. Below Ground - we recommend a Rigid Type Crystalline Capillary Waterproofing System to withstand the hydrostatic pressure and prevent blistering on the wall and floor.
