Thank you for the close-ups! Here is what I'vd gotten so far:

c' 21 - 35 (temperature in Celsius. Normal human body temp in C. is 37.) indicating the Uber body is cooler.
86 B.P.M. (Battement par minute or Beats Per minute) Normal resting heart rate is 60 - 100 beats per minute

NOTE: These are approximations, because the handwriting is very hard to read. But the general outline would indicate that some agent is introduced, either by carotid/parotid/jugular vessels in the neck, or the radial artery in the wrist. Marks on the drawing seemed also to include the subclavian arteries (It's been decades since medical school. Sorry!) It's my conjecture that, since the heart is affected by the injection, the substance is being put into the veins rather than the arteries. Normal circulation from heart to extremities back to heart, one full circuit takes approximately 45 seconds. Thus, 18 seconds might be from Jugular vein to heart. From radial vein to heart might also be in a similar range.
Intriguingly enough, we do NOT know, in a NON experimented zombie, if the heart beats at all! My conjecture is that it does not. Thus, they may have restarted the circulatory system!
We do know that Jenner WAS talking about the circulatory system and/or the heart being a test focus! The French may have re-animated the heart.
Now: The part that would seem to defy description is HOW would an injected agent go from neck or wrist to the heart if the heart is NOT beating when they start... THAT is where lymphatic vessels come into play! Lymphatic vessels move lymphatic fluid through the body by muscular contractions, NOT heartbeat! That's why we stretch in the morning and after any period of inactivity.
Anyway, that's as far as my (admittedly cursory) research has taken me.
