DIY Tutorial: Learn How To Make Wax Melts (S01E01)

In this first episode, you'll learn the art of making wax melts, as I am creating and testing the melts for the Sarah J. Maas Universe inspired Maas-Verse collection by CCQ, that will be available on our shop this fall 2024.
*Wax Melt Recipe*:
Warning: the instructions are based on the wax I am using (ALL SEASONS WAX CO. Deluxe Soy S16). Check your Wax provider if using another wax regarding the temperature to add scent/dye, curing time, and amount of fragrance you'll need.
What you need:
- scale
- measuring instruments for liquid
- metal jar (heat resistant)
- Wax Melter / Stove
- Mixing instrument (metal spoon, spatula) (heat resistant)
- Wax
- Fragrance
- Molds (silicon, plastic)
- Dye (optional)
- Add-ons (optional)
Instructions:
1) Melt wax (up to 75-85°C to avoid discoloration of wax)
2) Add Dye + mix
3) Add Fragrance + mix
4) Let cool to 55-45°C
5) Pour into Molds
6) Let it cool overnight
7) Cure the melts (2-14 days depending on wax) before using
