I am a new candle maker and have such a passion for it, and learned so much from this video alone. You have a sub for life! My first candle account followed 🥰
These are beautiful and I love seeing you use a cup to help hold your piping bag. I can not tell you how many times I see folks not use a cup for their piping bag and the mess is OMG all over the place.
So I’ve tried different waxes and different ways to do it for almost a year on and off, and I have to honestly say that none of them worked until I tried your way! I was so excited it finally came out right that I did 3 in 1 night lol The first one I did, I went a little bit overboard with, but whatever LOL. Anywho, thank you for your video! This is the perfect video for learning how to make the whipped wax, thank u! Also, where did you get the mold for your strawberries?? They look so life-like, and other molds I’ve seen the wax doesn’t come out that great
love this video thank you for sharing, I really want to try frosting but ı have regular soya wax and ı couldn't find different type of wax in my country, Can ı do same frosting? What can ı add to make it smooth?
Hello and thank you very much for sharing and making this video. I am launching my activity and you are a great resource for me and this is my first, I NEVER comment on videos on youtube, but you are such a source, thank you for your advice, a big hug from France
Thank you😊. Yes they are edible sprinkles. The 464 is hard, it doesn't rub off on the plastic unless its really warm out. But if you shrink wrap and put it in a box it will be fine 🙂
Hi, I made white frosting and decorated it with red strawberries, but the red colour on the strawberries fades after a while on the white frosting. Do you have a solution for this?
The color will bleed into the white. I have no solution to fix that. I just know over time the colors do bleed into each other. i make mine in small batches and to order so that it doesnt bleed too much into the frosting
It’s so pretty! How do you prevent the color or the strawberry from bleeding onto the whip since it is a white color? Mine always bleeds after a few days.
Hi, so u add fragrance to the cupcake and the whipped wax? How much do u add for both? Say if im using 10% FO do i use that for the cupcake and whipped wax?
I buy my wax from Candlescience.com and Candlesandsupplies.com Its not that its better it just softens the wax enough so you have time to work with it. But test the soy blend with paraffin it may work good because essentially it is a parasoy blend. But now that I changed my pillar wax its all soy :)
Yes you can but you would have to experiment with the ratio for the types of wax until you get the desired consistency. take notes so that you know the actual measurements for the next time :) Please let me know how it works out
Heyyy one question can you help me? How much to put fragrance oil i cannot understand the measuremnt I have tried since last week no fragrance is coming out after burning though I poured alot
Hey i hope you see my comment 🥺 I only have soy wax and paraffin i tryed each one of them.but both when i put them in the bag and strat decorating something weird happen. Some liquid wax come out first then some dry wax stays in the bag. I don't know what this mean and why it happens
Do you clean the piping bag after? If so how do you do it? Also I just did this and it worked, but I notice all the wax stuck in the piping tip at the end, how can I use that? Or is that just a loss?
I use disposable piping bags but you could let the wax harder inside the bag and then massage it, turn it upside down and empty out the wax. If the wax is stuck in your piping tip heat it with the heat gun a few seconds, until it warms
@@BubbleBabezUniversity Thank you for your knowledge! I’m curious about the leftover product whether it be wax or whipped soap, it’s always left in the piping tip when done, is there a way to use it? Or do I have to just count it as waste?
Hi, Thank you for your video, I just found it yesterday and was very excited to buy the EcoSoya wax you suggested so I can make candle frosting. What I am finding out is most shops discontinued this wax and also EcoSoya made changes to their original wax characteristics. So I am wondering, do you still use the same EcoSoya wax today and would you be able to suggest where to get it from? Or what substitution of wax, can we replace it with? Thank you so much for sharing this video with us!
Thank you so much. I am on a quest to find my perfect blend. I will be replacing both waxes. 464 is not very consistent depending on the batch it may be great or it may not. I have tried a parasoy but that was a fail. As soon as I get back to making videos, that will be the first thing i do because I love making frosting :)
@Bubble Babez Bath Co I just saw today where Candle Science has a "new" soy wax called Blended Waxes Pillar Soy Wax (BW-921) that they say is a great replacement for EcoSoya PB Pillar Blend. I might have to try it!

Yes and a waxy mess is not fun too clean lol
Ecosoya Q210 is Best to use as you can also use it in various skin products + it adheres to any surface and it has a Excellent hot & Cold Scent Throw.

Wipe the wax out with paper towel while it's still warm and then wash

Hi I live your video it’s so detail I was wondering do you have a link to where you get your wax from ?
I order my wax based on location. You can order the same wax from any vendor, but just make the shipping make sense for you. 🙂
do you have to use that exact wax type? they are beautiful!
Thank you. I use a parasoy blend for the melts. I use 464 and PB wax for the frosting
Could you tell me what tipe of wax you are using
Do i need those eksact waxes or can I just use what ever i have for the wiped frosting
You dont need the exact waxes you can try what you have and see if it works but it depends on the wax
what wax do you recommend now that ecosoya went out of business ?
I have updated the recipe with the blended wax from Candlescience. The updated video is i think the last video I posted 😊
Hello!
This is really what I was looking for.
I have a question, is it possible to combine 464 and Kerax 4120 to get the same result?

Can we use simple soywax for this?
No you can not unless it's in a container. It's not firm enough to stand alone

But test the soy blend with paraffin it may work good because essentially it is a parasoy blend. But now that I changed my pillar wax its all soy :)
Which wax r u using for frosting...soy???
I am using a blend
How will I know when wax is ready to frost? I keep piping mine too early but I don't want to wait so late especially when I'm doing a batch order

Have u used soy wax or paraffin wax?
Heyyy one question can you help me?
How much to put fragrance oil i cannot understand the measuremnt I have tried since last week no fragrance is coming out after burning though I poured alot
It depends on what kind of wax you are using and what is the maximum fragrance load it can hold. What kind of wax are you using?
Since ecosoya isnt made any longer, what else would be used in its place? 464 and what other wax?
my latest video has the updated recipe

These look Devine. The sprinkles don’t bleed? I can’t stop watching have been back probably 5 times in the past week 🤣😂
Thank you. Not immediately, it takes about a month or so before the color spread. But sometimes it doesn't bleed at all 😊
Can you use any type of molder to create out of candles such as baking ones and what the best way to remove the wax out of the molders when dry
You can use all baking molds to make melts. Silicone is better but you can use shallow metal ones too.
How do we get this type of wax
Can i use c3 and the 464?
These are the cutest. Im so glad I ran into your video.
