I would like to thank you for this as it is making my experience as a late-comer to Guild Wars rushing-for-HoM-points life a lot easier.
One thing I'd like to warn people about though is to make sure you acquire the Delver title track and talk to the commander in Gunner's Hold to get the buff activated (you should be at least rank 2 in the title by the time you finish EotN) and then equip the title. It helps a /lot/.
So does decking your heroes w/ survivor insigs and +hp wands. Max HP is key
