Co-hosted by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs and Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, this webinar explores the range of emotions that often come with caregiving. With the holidays often presenting unique challenges to family caregivers, Betsy Englander and Anne Muskopf from Jewish Family & Children's Service (JF&CS) provide caregivers with tips to navigate complex relationships and strategies to cope with the mental, physical, and emotional challenges that can come up at this time of year.
