Co-hosted by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs and Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, this webinar features Susan Doughty, caregiver specialist at SeniorCare who is retiring from her 20+ years serving caregivers in Massachusetts. During this webinar, Susan shares what she has learned in her work with caregivers about the power of connection as self-care and stories of caregivers from her 20 year career that demonstrate the importance of taking care of oneself, connecting with others, and letting go.
