SWAT 3: Close Quarters Battle (also known as SWAT3 or SWAT3:CQB) is a tactical squad-based first person shooter, developed by Sierra Northwest and published by parent Sierra Entertainment for the PC and released on November 23, 1999.
As the first first-person shooter of the Police Quest/SWAT games, SWAT3 received a new game engine with cell and portal technologies for simulating environments and weapon ballistics, as well as advanced AI for the game's NPCs. The developers spent some time with LAPD SWAT, studying tactics in order to create an accurate, realistic simulation. Most of the animations in the game were motion captured, acted out by a SWAT officer.
The player assumes the role of a Los Angeles Police Department SWAT element leader in command of a five-man entry team. During the game's single player campaign, the player is tasked with resolving crisis situations involving violent criminals and terrorists, the threat of a nuclear weapon, and preventing the disruption of a historic treaty signing. The game also features multiplayer gameplay including competitive deathmatch and team deathmatch modes in addition to paintball mode and cooperative play using the single player missions.
SWAT 3 was succeeded by SWAT 4 in April 2005, which was developed and published by Irrational Games and Sierra owner Vivendi Universal.

Yes, the kitchen cooks hiding in the corner shooting at us with 100% accuracy and the armed janitors that shoot at you when you open the closet doors
Honestly for me it was the nighttime conference center. I'd always want to clear the entire building, and it was damn near impossible.

The hardest one is a sewer mission. This one is not so hard.
I remember playing this mission, my entire team was killed early but I managed to finish it alone

This mission and Ventura hotel are the hardests. Point is: the baddies move from upper/lower floors and catch you by surprise. A real swat operation would never be like this, it would be one team per floor.

Personally, I always do the opposite for this mission : I start with the basement and I make my way to the penthouse.
Mean while there are15 t's down stairs and nobody is watching the stairs wow!!!
Yeah.....his gameplay is very terrible lol. I hope no one took note on how to play SWAT 3 from this channel lol. Because he is going to get everyone else killed on harder difficulty at least.

Was this mission played on low difficulty? In other videos on RUclips about this game suspects are much more aggressive
It was either on easy or medium.

Definitely easy difficulty lol. As a matter of fact, the difficulty hardly matter in this game. It's the amount of number AI that mattera most. For instant, if you set enemies AI to 20, then expect a one shot kill instantly where enemies AI won't even miss a shot at you. It's crazy and brutal and unforgiving. Luckily, you're able to edit your SWAT AI officers skills as well. What I using do is set my Swat AI to 20 and enemies to 15. This is more than fair at this point. And still hard as hell!!
I am getting this re installed on an old computer it won't load on windows 11 i play this for hours
