DEF inducement faults won't clear? SCR closed loop

  • A quick explanation of how to get rid of those pesky DEF inducement faults after a Nox sensor failure. These codes are likely accompanied by SCR closed loop fault codes. A complete parked regen will need to be ran followed by a complete SCR efficiency test.

    Shop policy where I work is we have to stay in the truck while it’s running a regen so it’s movie time when I see these codes lol

      Does the laptop need to be plugged in for the LARMF compensation number to go into its correct zone and to clear the dash lights .

      @@tylerslepicka156 it’s wise to have it plugged into the 12v just to be safe. And also make sure it doesn’t go into sleep mode. Monitor every 10 min or so. All good

    Problem is we done Regen, scr test and codes are still there. We are running a second scr one now. This is a nightmare.

      Same here we still cant get 521049 521050 & 521052 to go away

      @@donttruckhere we had to run 4 scr test I was literally there all day.
      Then two weeks later the outlet sensor came on and went away two days later without chang
