I’m Christian Toto, an award-winning journalist, film critic, and podcaster with more than 20 years of experience covering Hollywood. I’m a Rotten Tomatoes certified reviewer and belong to both the Critics’ Choice Association and the Denver Film Critics Society. But most importantly? I love movies.
What I don’t love is how both Hollywood and the media can’t stop trashing people just like me (and you): Conservatives. I’ve worked in media long enough to know the vast majority of entertainment coverage leans to the left.
That’s why I created Hollywood in Toto in 2014 - to give fellow conservatives a place where they can discover the latest news and reviews without insults. HiT also cheers when Hollywood gets it right, no pun intended (this time). Stars giving ’til it hurts, Movies celebrating freedom and liberty, and actors using their platforms for unabashedly good causes.

Congrats on the film and congrats on Kevin Spacey. I can't believe how curated our media is in America, it's crazy.

Does this interviewer keep making anyone else keep thinking of John Cusack?

Hypocrisy is claiming to higher ideals than you actually have.
Saying that two people are deserving of different punishments for the same crime, based on some other aspect (for example a position of power) is not hypocrisy.

If someone is not guilty, that it. I never particularly liked Kevin Spacey as a person and it can be hard to look past an actors real life, but not guilty is not guilty. For a long time I could not stand watching Jane Fonda acting, however in my old age I try to seperate the real person from the part they play. Jane Fonda playing a part that is totaly opposite her values destroys creditability . so I say give Kevin a chance.

Not letting Kevin back into the fold is just petty bullshit.

It's really funny to see this film treated seriously. And I surprised to see that the youtuber was the older guy on the right and the director was the kid on the left.

Oh, I loved this noir, funny and absurd movie❤. Not for everyone, but Spacey is great at everything he does. And Rebeca de Mournay and Jack Weber, oh my goodness, they really know their craft. M Emery and the beautiful baby Jet are amazing too, so much potential there. The singing, the performance of the local people and the beautiful landscape made the film very, very special. thank you, Mr. Michael Zaiko Hall ❤

Movie was a fun mess. Same with "Hotel Dunsmuir". I think people will be thrown off by the lead actress shifty approach at noir parody. To me it was amusing. Familiar with the town, so checked his movies.

Kevin Spacey Should Be In Prison forever Never in a Movie Ever Again. Just My Opinion.

How many times did this director have to get down on his knees before convincing Spacey to appear in the film?
