I grew up in Reform temple...i felt NOTHING all these years having spent 4 days a week in the tenple from preschool...to 13. I felt NOTHING in prayer praying in Hebrew until Jesus came to me..now I want to revive my Judaism with completion in Jesus.

I've been watching One for Israel videos lately & I never realized how many Jews thought all Christians are Catholics who basically worshiped the Pope. Too many people think the New Testament is an antisemitic book about how get Jews. We've done a very poor job at showing our Jewish brothers our love. We need to show how the Jewish Scriptures point to Christ and that the New Testament was written by and for Jews.
I don't think you worahip the Pope. I think you worship Jesus. If you worship Jesus....you are not a Jew. It's simple. If you have ever uttered "In Jesus name, Amen" You....are a Christian, not a Jew. You're welcome.
But this is the last thing a Jew wants to hear. They are schooled in anything that points to Jesus in the Tenach and have indoctrinated counter arguments for all of it.

The reason is lack of education..you've been FALSELY taught that you don't need to do anything but believe in Jesus..so nobody cares to learn the Torah..personally I have been shown this is a lie and manipulation from hell..to keep Christians from learning and really embarking the Torah and a pure and holy life...thats all I'll say...
God himself founded Roman Catholicism as his one true church. Everything else is irrelevant therefore according to The Lord Jesus himself. That is undeniable whether you like it or not. Period.

I hope all Jewish people come to believe in Jesus. Dr. Brown is leading the fight in my opinion.
Why the name Jesus, a name that has only existed since the 17th century? The one name by which we must be saved, CHANGED? “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation’” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV, YAH is there in the Hebrew Scriptures of the Bible). YAH is the name of salvation! “...and DIFFICULT is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it (Matthew 7:14).
The Apostle Peter said, "...There is no other name..." (Acts 4:12). Therefore, abandon the counterfeit names, not REVEALED by the LORD, Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, and Yeshua is devoid of "the name which is above every name" (Philippians 2:9). The true name of salvation has "the name which is above every name, a name given to Moses, behold the name of YAH, the I AM (Exodus 3:14). The very name {YAH=I AM} the Messiah claimed to be "the I AM" (HaYAH) in John 8:58. He told the Jews that He (YAH) is their God. All peoples, tongues, and languages are to know the one name of Salvation: YAHSHUA (Philippians 2:11). Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA! YAHSHUA is the embodiment of Israel, the Son of God. Pray that you know the one name of salvation revealed to us, for few there be that find it (Matthew 7:14). “...Satan, who deceives the whole world…” (Rev. 12:9). They, the majority, follow the counterfeit Christian religion. To reject the name YAHSHUA is to remain condemned (John 3:18).
The bible says that the nations will learn from the Jews, not vice versa.
I am a lifelong Christian. Having been a born again Christian most of my life and I always have the urge or desire to pray for my Jewish brothers and sisters; regardless if they're saved or not. Every time I hear the name........Israel; something burns within me.
The Holy Spirit within me burns with love for the Jewish people and the State of Israel! May God forever bless Israel! May God remember the remnant! I pray for the peace of Jerusalem! May they see their God, Jesus the Christ! Amen! The Children of Israel brought to us the Oracles of God, His Spoken Word!! Every nation and every tongue will bow and call Jesus, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Thank you Lord God for your Children of Israel. If they did not show us in the Torah, how would us gentiles know of God and to do righteousness! God Forever bless Israel!
Jesus is the Son of God. (Luke 1:35 ~ Mark 3:11)
Jesus was fully man and fully God. (John 3:16-21)
Jesus and His Father are One! (John 10:30)
Jesus lived a perfect life; of service to others. (Hebrews 4:15)
Jesus' death was necessary and the fulfillment of God's Word! (~ Isaiah 50:6 ~ Psalm 22 ~ Psalm 69:21 ~ Isaiah 53:12 and many more)
Jesus is the substitutionary sacrifice for all sin, for all time; NO OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE GREAT JUDGEMENT for it is appointed for man to die once and then the judgement! (Hebrews 9:27) You can only claim the gift whilst alive! Claim it now! I only want to see you there! (1 John 2:1,2)
Jesus rose from the dead in Victory! (Matthew 28:5-6)
Jesus' sacrifice is a gift of God for which you can do nothing to EARN. For it is FAITH! (Ephesians 2:8-9) Surrender to it, for it is by grace alone that we are saved; a perfect work of Almighty God, not me. Not you; for it is the Spirit that teaches! (John 6:63)
It's a certainty. Anyone who tells you anything else is teaching a false gospel. (Galations 1:3-12)
Christ's return is certain. Is your eternity certain? Please be sure.
Look around you. Wars......rumors of wars? Pestilences, hatred, mocking, declaring what is good, evil and what is evil, good?
Again, my friends. Do Not Be Wise In Your Own Eyes. Fear God and depart from evil!
Your parents. Your Rabbi. Your professor. Your pastor. Your priest, Your friends. None of them can intercede for you, with the Father. Not works. Not charity. No one will be able to boast of anything.

These are all words of man. Nothing that is in the New Testament is in the Tanakh. The Messiah has not come yet, so how is his return certain? If you're giving absolutes, if Jesus isn't the Messiah is your eternity certain? None of what's in your bible has absolutely nothing to do with the Messiah.
Jesus is the Son of God, not a requirement for the Messiah

Any of the things you claim are Messianic in Isaiah are in reference to Gods servant. There should be a mystery who that servant is because its repeated constantly from Isaiah 42 on. Psalms 22 is a poem written by King David, it's not a prophecy.
As for Jesus being the final sacrifice, according to Ezekiel the Messiah will actually bring the first sacrifices to the third temple.
The Tanakh says no man can die for the sins of another. It also says the way to salvation is to repent your since and turn from your wicked ways.
Wars and rumors of war? Isaiah 2:4 doesn't say that. BTW, all Gospels are false that's why so many have strayed away from the ways of God.

@@lancervi1762 Read Isaiah 42 to Isaiah 53 and come back to me, it literally tells who the servant is over a dozen times. You wouldn't know that because you only heard of Isaiah 53 was about Jesus that's why you read it. Psalms 22 is a POEM written by King David, it's not prophecy. Christians purposely changed the word to pierced, but the fact is the word pierced isn't used.

This is what Psalms 22:16 says when it's not written by christians. 22:5 says our FATHERS, I thought Jesus was God, or the son of God. So your telling me that God trusted God and God rescued God?
I don't follow any oral history, what I do is read the Tanakh, that is why I no longer follow Christianity. Christians don't understand what the Messiah is coming to do, there is no miracles, no healing the sick, no dying for the sins of the world. He is a man that will come and establish Gods kingdom on earth, all of that is written in the bible. He will bring a world peace, he will spread the knowlege of God and everyone will worship one God, he will bring the first sacrifices to the temple.

In Genesis 22, God tells Abraham to take his only son and go to Mount Moriah (Jerusalem) to sacrifice his only son.
Was Isaac his only son?
No.
But God was showing us something here.
This was also the first mention of love in Scripture.
Isaac carried the wood on his back up that same mountain as Jesus did 2000 years later.

Did anyone claim to be the messiah before Jesus was born? Because I notice that people didn't start claiming to be the messiah until after the time of Jesus
King Saul was a Messiah, King David was a Messiah, Cyrus King of Tyre was a Messiah, the Levitical priests were Messiahs. A Messiah is someone that is anointed by God, it's not special person.

Thank you. All true scriptures. I just wanted to point out when Jesus was referring to his body and blood as real food and drink, he was referring to himself as the living word. John 1:1-18 covers this as well as other scriptures. Some that come to mind include the following:
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was with God from the beginning.
3. All things were made through Him, and apart from Him nothing was made that has come into being.
4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overpowered it. .
9 He is the true light, coming into the world that gives light to everyone.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. We beheld His glory, the glory of the one and only from the Father, full of grace and truth.
There are many passages to the living words of Jesus in the old and new testament that give us eternal life.
In John 6: 63 Jesus says, "It is the Spirit that gives life: the flesh is of no benefit. The words I have spoken to you are Spirit and are life! v 64 Yet some of you do not believe or trust." In other words, it isn't the eating of Jesus's physical flesh or drinking blood, but eating and drinking the living word of God, given to us to help us grow up in Messiah. It is the living water of life as spoken in John 4 and elsewhere.

The World Hates the Disciples

It buffles me that some are still waiting for the first coming, while some of us are waiting for the 2nd coming

Is the Savior’s name based on one’s language or the revelation of God?
“Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel: “...This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:8, 11-12). The name of the Savior is a revealed name, and is not to be subjected to linguistic evolution that transforms the revealed name into an entirely different name.
Fact, the name “Jesus” did not exist prior to the 17th century A.D. Therefore, the name Jesus was never revealed from Heaven, and more important, the apostle Peter never testified to the name “Jesus.”
The apostle Peter testified, while filled with the Holy Spirit, that, “...there is no other name...by which we must be saved.”
What name did the apostle Peter testify to? So, which one of these names is the one “revealed” name by which we must be saved? Which one: Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, Yeshua, or Yahshua?
Most Bible scholars would acknowledge the name Yeshua as the original name of Christ. The name Yeshua was a common name in the 1st century, as one in six men among the Jews where called Yeshua.
The essence of the Gospel: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).
Are we to understand, that we are condemned for rejecting the one name given among men by which we must be saved? Wouldn’t you want to know the one name revealed from Heaven by which was must be saved?
“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13-14). It could truthfully be said, “There is only one name by which we must be saved, and there are few who find it.
If it could be any name according to one’s language, then why did God through an angel command both Joseph and Mary on separate occasions to name the Savior a specific name meaning salvation (Matthew 1:21 & Luke 1:31)? We can know that the name given by the angel to Joseph and Mary was not the name “Jesus.”
The Sanhedrin forbids the revealed name of the Savior!
“But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, saying, ‘What shall we do to these men? For, indeed, that a notable miracle has been done through them is evident to all who dwell in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it. But so that it spreads no further among the people, let us severely threaten them, that from now on they speak to no man in this name” (Acts 4:15-17).
Why did the Sanhedrin command them not to speak at all nor teach in the name they heard from the apostles? Apparently they heard “the name which is above every name.” Also, why would the Sanhedrin forbid to teach or preach in the name Yeshua, when this was a common name in Judea? The Savior’s name is not common, and few seem to know it.
What does the expression “Halleluyah” mean? It means “Praise YAH.” According to the prophet Isaiah, the name YAH is the name of salvation.
“Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation’” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV). Evidently, the essential name for our salvation is “YAH!” Christ’s name is YAHSHUA, which means, “I AM Salvation.”
YAH=I AM. The Savior acknowledged that He is YAH, the is I AM. For, He said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM” (John 8:58).
Where did we get the name YAH, which means “I AM”?
“Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, “HaYAH Ashar HaYAH” (meaning: “I AM WHO I AM”). And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’ Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations’” (Exodus 3:13-15).
Without a doubt, YAH (I AM) is “the name which is above every name.”
The apostle Paul, who was first known as Saul, testified to king Agrippa: “While thus occupied, as I journeyed to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests, at midday, O king, along the road I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those who journeyed with me. And when we all had fallen to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me and saying in the Hebrew language, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’ So I said, ‘Who are You, Lord?’ And He said, ‘I am YAHSHUA, whom you are persecuting. But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you’” (Acts 26:12-16). If the apostle Paul heard the name YAHSHUA, then he would of heard the name which is above every name {YAH}, wherefore, what evidence do we have that he did hear the name which is above every name? The apostle Paul tells us in the epistle to the Philippians: “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:9-11).
The Facts of the Savior’s name:
1) “There is no other name,” and “every tongue” should confess this one revealed name (Acts 4:12; Philippians 2:11).
2) Fact: the name Jesus has only existed since the 17th century.
3) If you reject the revealed name of the savior, you are condemned already (John 3:18).
4) None of the followers of Christ ever testified to the name Jesus.
5) The Sanhedrin forbid the name YAHSHUA because they recognized the name which is above every name!
6) The prophet Isaiah testified to the name YAH, as the name of salvation (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV).
7) The angel that appeared to Joseph and Mary commanded that they name Him YAHSHUA because He will save His people (Matthew 1:21; Luke 1:31).
YAHSHUA is the only name given among men by which we must be saved. YAHSHUA means: “I AM Salvation.” YAH=I AM, Shua means “My help,” as in salvation.
Are you among the few who will accept the only true name, YAHSHUA, for you salvation?
“For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved’” (Romans 10:13). And it shall come to pass ‘That whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved’” (Acts 2:21).

The Book of Isaiah contains the following passage: "They shall beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more."
This is a prophecy about what would happen when the Messiah comes. Jesus did not fulfill this prophecy.

Book of Acts chapter 5:33-39 is the main one at least according to what Jews call Halacha or Jewish Law reason. The Sanhedrin through Rabban Gamaliel said if the Jesus movement or Netzarim came to nothing it was not from Heaven. It officially ended in 135 ce with the 15th and last Paqid out of office and disappeared from history in 333 ce. According to the Hebrew scriptures blood is not a necessity for the Forgiveness of sins. And yes one can simply just pray to God and God will freely forgive them as he said in the Hebrew scriptures. With all due respect, Mr. Morgan and Dr. Brown, the reason by which knowledgeable Jews reject the Christian claim of Jesus being the Tanach-prophesied Messiah is rather simple. According to Tanach/Judaic Bible/Hebrew Scriptures/Old Testament, the world will know when the Messianic Era arrives. It will be radically/graphically opposite from the world we’ve ever experienced. There will be world peace and universal worship of God, as in the God of the Patriarchs, Prophets, and Israel.

Just because NT claims all these things doesn't make it true. In the context of Deut.32 vs.21, 27-43, plus Jer.41-44 about ceasing to be the nation because they worship Queen-of-Heaven (aka Mother-&-Child religion), and in the context that Paul uses only TWO lines of 18 verses, vs.31 is very clear that Jesus is NOT the rock of Israel!!!

Paul has changed Torah by taking out "The Word" in Deut.30:11-20, and replacing it with "Jesus" in Rom.10:1-14. You may THINK this is right because you believe Jesus is The Word. But, your belief back to front: you believe it because you're taught it by Paul, but Paul has changed God's sacred Word!

Paul says Torah is so hard and people evil, that you need Jesus (Rom.7-8 etc); and he says Torah is death, dead, and replaced - all of which are foreign to Tanakh. Rather, Isa.24 calls Torah the Eternal Covenant. Isa.56 shows that in End Times even Gentiles will still be keeping Torah with no mention of worshipping Jesus nor even of worshipping the prophesied Messiah, coz he will be a human. See how he will bring sin sacrifices for his own unintentional sin (Ezek.45:22) and have real physical biological children (46:16, 18 ). You can't twist that one to make them spiritual children!
The "virgin birth" immediately disqualifies Jesus from being Messiah - this cannot happen by adoption or by the mother!
Also, his claiming to be the entire vine (or as Paul says, the entire Olive) into which everyone must graft to be "saved", excludes him. He has taught false. Isa.11:1 says Messiah will be one scion from one family from one tribe: Judah.
Jer.31:31 must be read all the way to vs.40 to understand that the renewal of the Torah Covenant will take place at a time when Jerusalem will not again be ransacked. We all know it was ransacked shortly after Jesus!
We're not to call on another Name except Y-H-V-H (Ex.3:15; Deut.6:13). Acts 2:19 correctly quotes Joel 2, but Acts 4:12 changes this. Nowhere in Tanakh does it say we're to call on another name, nor call Y-H-V-H by another name!
I could give you hundreds of examples, but if you're intent on digging your heals in deeper, that is what you'll do, no matter even if you stare at the Truth. About the Samaritan Woman

@Backhoe Smashes This is a very important point. We see in the Bible examples of idol worshipers that could do miracles. For instance, Aaron throws his staff down in front of Pharoah 's court. Our sages say the entire court started laughing because their own sorcerers learned this as kids and this was considered a very small miracle.

The basic tenants of our faith and national identity include that exists only one God who has no physical form at all, who has formed all and who controls the universe. This God gave instructions to my people 3300 years ago in the Sinai desert. Some of those instructions were dictated by God to Moses, and some were oral teachings which applied the principles of the written Torah and are part of our traditions.
Therefore, if the Bible gives examples of non Jewish prophets that did miracles, it is teaching that whether or not the religion is correct, it can still produce real miracles. I take this lesson very seriously and therefore do not consider this a proof of a particular religion's veracity. Rather, I must use the Jewish Bible as my guide. My Bible doesn't teach the principle you are presenting.
@@jonathangradman459 thank you for your input. Maybe I asked wrong. What I mean is, can there be anyway what so ever that a man can rise from the dead without the hand of God being involved? Since the soul leaves at death, in order for it to return, how could it without the hand of God being involved? I don’t see what other religion or being, or deity or anything can do that. Thanks? @Backhoe Smashes in my opinion and according to my tradition, I agree that only God could be behind this miracle. If you look in the book of Kings, other prophets also raise people from the dead (Elisha for example), and do other miraculous things like fusing wood in their hands (Ezekiel). The Talmud asks how these things are possible since God is the source of miracles. The answer is that God may give the "keys" over to whom he wants, and he may take them back when he wants.
No, it is not offensive to call me a Jew. In my world view being Jewish isn't bad. I am not here to attack the faith of others, only to defend my religion from charlatans like Dr. Brown who lie about what Jews believe.
Our Sages are our very learned scholars. Some are alive now and many have been gone for hundreds or thousands of years, but we still study their writings to glean any teachings we can from the wondrous Torah
