Make Reed Waggler Floats Dirt Cheap - Part Two

This is Part Two of Two videos in which I show you how to make Waggler Floats dirt cheap. The float making materials are free. All you have to do is go out and collect a handful of local reeds.
This is a job that anyone can do. It means you can make your own sets of wagglers in different sizes, shot capacities and tip colours. You may even decide not to buy these floats in a shop ever again. Just make new floats as you need them.
