I was a small business owner for years! Bookkeepers are GOLD! Now I’m retired and 66yrs old and didn’t always listen to my bookkeeper and my CPA. So that said I’m kinda bored with retirement so I’m looking into a small business and I’m not a good accountant but I keep coming to this information. I think this might be something I can do and still travel and play Pickleball 😉🤣😉

I'm a Corporate Bookkeeper, but I want to start my own Company and I'm interested in your program. I like the Bank Feed, but have never been able to understand how a remote Bookkeeper could correctly categorize items, since they usually don't have the source documents. Do you ever receive documents from Bill Pay or Receipt apps? Does this work better with certain niches? I can't see how you could do this in Job Costing or Inventory Clients.
Many of the transactions you encounter will be obvious how to classify. For the rest, you'll get to know your clients and learn where things go. There may still be a very small number of new transactions that you're unsure of in which case you simply ask the client. Regarding the rest of your question, there are apps that integrate with QuickBooks that make those things straightforward.

Sure it is. You can just put your name there. It can always be changed later.

Bookkeepers do bookkeeping and CPAs mostly focus on taxes.

You give the appearance that your students made $100k was solely from just Bookkeeping in reality, their total income came from a combination of services they offered. This is covert mis advertising.
Where did you get that idea? All I teach is bookkeeping and that's what my students do to earn 6-figure incomes.
