- Here I do an underwater river hunt looking for treasure without using a metal detector. The water was clear, the current swift and the watch on-time. Plus I find GOLD!

Man it would be so much fun to go on a dive with you, I'd learn so much !!
Great finds !!
Keep @ it and HH !!
WOW! You and Bart should go into the used Sunglasses business. I just love your river hunts. You always find the most intriguing things. -Drew
A lot of sunglasses and just about 1 of everything else! Skunk beer too! You can't beat that. Great video Beau!
Time for the Discovery Channel to pick up you and highlight your talents and adventures. Certainly more interesting and entertaining than Gold Rush and other quasi adventure based shows. You Beau are for reals!
One of your adventures when I began to realize you were more than a "detectorist". Love the diversity of your treasure hunts.
Aquachigger, you are by far one of the best and most knowledgeable THers around. I would enjoy hunting and go exploring with you sometime time. We have a lot of old history in NJ too. I like all your videos. Keep up the good work and good luck always. Your passion and enthusiasm is contagious.
Holy Jesus.
People over in your area must have so much stuff. All that lies around under the water in rivers over here is old shopping trolleys and beer cans.
this just keeps better and better
Great video Beau! At one point that camera was waterproof! :) Always love watching these!
Great video man... I love your Bart impersonation there at the end... lol!!
Hey Beau, I'm thinking "Ray-Ban River Golfing Invitational Tournament!" Kind of rolls of the tongue! Fun video. HH, Dave.
Elton John called, he is looking for some new sunglasses, perhaps you can oblige? I can't believe some of the stuff you find, incredible...........love the videos Beau!
Ya haven't made a bad video yet, that I've seen. Always informative, educational and above all, intertaining.
Beau, your whole life is an adventure. I am jealous!
I could watch this all day..... U gotta come up and hunt the Brandy Wine with me next summer, Elk Creek too
Thanks dude ;) . . . that was a bunch of fun!! Rog
I love your underwater videos, really entertaining to watch. :)
I think out of all the videos you make I like these types of videos the best keep up the awesome work man!!!!!
I really enjoyed that vid. I find it fascinating just how much stuff is laying about. A very cool pastime you have. I may give this a try next summer!
True... I was just teasing you a little. I wish I could dive into our lakes and streams here in Florida, but the dam alligators will get you!!!
Bryan
Come on man that skunk beer looked OK, and you have to start picking up those golf balls brother! You could corner the market and be... well you would have a lot of balls anyway! LMAO!! Good video man.
good job on the editing, i like how it looks like you come out of the water and go back in on the same spot but the bottom is tottaly different.
I agree. I was in a farm field last weekend and started digging clad quarters in a particular spot; every good signal was a clad quarter. Once I knew I had enough toll money for the trip back home, I moved away from that spot.
If you hit the mud flats on the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers this winter you may get fossils and bottles and relics. I wish you'd paddle the James and Potomac and give us a video of that too. I want to try the James in winter at low tide next time my brother has a school at Ft. Lee. The Cretaceous Sea extended to the south western portion of Kentucky. So there are marine fossils in the rivers, great relics too! Happy hunting this winter Beau!: D
love those video's Beau, thanks for showing
You got your self an extra watch that's been in the water and still works haha
I love these kinds of videos beau, I wish I was there.
now that was a great spin for sure.

A Lot of sunglasses. Nice jewelry finds.
That's amazing !

I hope you enjoyed your time in the Flathead brother I grew up here and not a day goes by that I don't enjoy, come back any time.

It looked like a digital camera. I wonder if it's possible to retrieve the memory chip out of it and check it out...hmmm. Great vid. Thx for sharing. Stay safe and take care.

Your videos are awesome!
Am I gona see you at the next flea market sale... LOL Sunglasses anyone?! BTW...what kind of silver coin was that or was it too mashed up?! Lots of stuff Beau!! Nice video. GL & HH
yes boiling water glass jar ,and fresh baking soda ,,but I did only use a small square of foil, another great video btw and I look for your video on this ,perhaps I missed something somewhere
Hi Beau ! Im from Argentina and i love what you do in yours videos,(sorry for my bad english) bye!
i've started metal detecting beacause of deep digger dan, now i want to snorkel in the rivers like you do ;)
People sure do lose a lot of unopened beers LOL
LOL :)
Love the what looked like a swiss army knife and golf balls. I have a place that in about a year and a half I found over 300 golf balls and I was going to try and sell them, but then I had to move in with my mom and step dad and I wound up giving them all to Purple Heart. I just found 21 more in one hunt about 3 weeks ago and I piled them up by the pavilion near where people practice golfing.
Nice fly fishing rod!
AWESOME!!!
Great video, dude!!!
So many sunglasses!
Nice, thanks!
Great Hunt! Thats cheating, just using your eyes! LOL. GL&HH
Cool that means I am on the right track . I have a spot in my rive that people hang out . I guess I should get in there before it gets to cool .
hell yea, I like in Jacksonville, and there are 2 battefields and CSA campsite here within 10 miles of each other
I call dibs on the golf balls.
Funny to think what archaeologists will make of these items 500 years from now. Sunglasses seem to be common like Roman brooches. I guess that would make Bart Simpson a votive figurine. lol
Beau, great video! The rock you focused on just prior to fetching the silver coin, any chance that was an ossified tooth?
There are a lot of people in this world without sunglasses!
It was a pointed gray rock at 1:38-1:42. Could've just been a rock, but megladon tooth hunting is big in Ga. SC. and FL. I'm sure you have them there too.
Holy smokes! Got enough sunglasses? :-)
***** You could open up a second hand Sunnys store.
quite the bounty mate
lol if that a dime its probable the biggest flattened one ive seen xD Its like the size of a quarter
way cool all kinds of cool stuff :)
Well like do you look for rock formation or rapids . What kind of indicators do you look for . I also take it that the rive you search is heavily used by rafters , kayakers and other boaters .
The colonial dig -that is a corn shock tier.
were you able to get photos off of that camera? Great video, no metal detector this time?
That's really cool! How many hours were you at it to get the pile of stuff?
I guess the dude who drove the Jeep @ 2:07 was walking home! LOL
lol
The golf balls are mine I have a. Wicked slice!!!
wow lots stuff
Tyler, TX has the Civil War POW camp, Camp Ford. I have been thinking of taking my metal detector out and running the grounds. There is an old log cabin that is collapsed, and some bridges, creeks, tents, etc that are still there. Think I ought to skip it or give it a try? I've always thought that it sounded fun to do, even if I find nothing. The chances of finding anything are probably slim as I can't be the only one to have the this idea. What do you think?
Did you miss a ring? Just before you found the tungsten ring. Beau, are you using scuba tanks in these type of river videos, or snorkeling?
Question...what would you recommend for clean silver finds as not to damage them Beau ? CLR ???
once while fishin in the everglades I found a can of coca cola, been under water long enough that one side of the can was faded white from the sun, opened it up and it was still carbonated and good so I drank it with my lunch
how often does the rocks get moved, is the rains that come enough to move football size rocks, if so i might start moving all the rocks , who knows whats under them for years, exactly. interesting vid beau
Gold gold gold
Nice hunt. I wonder how the silver coin got flattened.
the camera in the beginning did you try an see if the pictures were in it?
Not sure if this has been asked, but what do you do with the sunglasses? I used to live in Hawaii before moving to Tyler, TX and I would find gold rings (men's wedding rings) in the dirt/ sand in a particular area of resorts (near the hot tubs) because married men would slip it off and set it in the dirt to get later and forget about it. In fact almost every resort has that going on.
Yeah even in places most people wouldn't even try to look for things. For me, I am into restoring cars and finding barn finds. 3 streets away in a really nice, well maintained historical neighborhood, I stumbled upon an rare 1962 Porsche 356B S90 Coupé. It had sat 30+ years in a little garage behind a house. You just never know what you will find, the possibilities are endless. There is however one catch, you will never find anything if you don't look for anything. Of course you won't find anything if you don't try. 0% effort + 0% work = 0% reward. I do enjoy your videos, so please keep them coming.
Brandon R.
How do you find all of those things under the moving water? Also, I was curious as to how many Native American artifacts you find while looking for treasure.
I like the story you know like how you found them in the river and how long it must have been there
i think country where this is is very sun hihiii, fishman missing his hengel and lost key of the car so he has to walk far to home, maybe car still stands there hihiihiii
Beau, they are new, not gently used. Honest Beau wouldn't steer me wrong.
I can't believe all those glasses what the heck!
so do just go to rivers and look or use some type equipment?
4:36 those sun glasses are worth 400 new 50 for them I say
You could start a website of things that were going to be lost forever, but were saved and now you can decorate your beach house with these true treasures for 1 low price of $5 I mean $4.99/ea (w/ a fancy slip of paper)
How do you pick the stops in the rive to look at .
sweet camera :)
