I am a 13 year old girl who has been bullied most of my life and it soon led to depression. my parents tried everything to get me to be happy but it didn't work. i would just get lost in my music and leave the normal world. one day i was scrolling through a playlist my parents made for me and i found this..... when i listen to it it makes me feel better. it makes me seem happy it keeps me in the light. it reminds me of when i didn't have to try and make other people happy with who i am i should be happy with myself.

Of course it's not. I'll tell you what helps : there are people that feel way worse than you do. Focusing on events that ellicit a positive feeling helps too. Do not be forced into an event that you may not like, force the event that you like to happen, and it shall help you. If you have nothing, create such an event. And you know what, as a guy that tends to depress quite a lot because I really don't like the world and how it works, I tend to quite like how I handle it. Without a damn therapy.

Never joke about a serious issue with them. Alrighty so my friend forgets her glasses I'm absolutely not allowed to be like "oh hey have you seen my friend, she looks just like you but with glasses" and for all we know her eyesigh could be absolutely horrible. " When i heard that my heart just broke. Even my bff that i was thinking that is my sister left me. I had no one . No one to understand me. In school i was always sitting alone. I am a 13 year old girl who has been bullied most of my life and it soon led to depression. my parents tried everything to get me to be happy but it didn't work. i would just get lost in my music and leave the normal world. one day i was scrolling through a playlist my parents made for me and i found this..... when i listen to it it makes me feel better. it makes me seem happy it keeps me in the light. it reminds me of when i didn't have to try and make other people happy with who i am i should be happy with myself.

Of course it's not. I'll tell you what helps : there are people that feel way worse than you do. Focusing on events that ellicit a positive feeling helps too.

This song really changed my life. I always tryied to have friends but always im weird one. I always tryed to say something funny, be kind, and tryed to be like people in my class. Then i meet one person. She was so funny and kind and we were always together. People in my class sometimes wanted to break our friendship. But we always were together. We were like sisters. After 4 years she changed.. A lot... She started to ignore me and she started to talk with people in my class. She started to talk with many people on facebook and when we were talking she was talking just about them ..How they are awesome and cool.. I started to feel alone.. Then i found some friends on facebook and they were kind so kind. But after 5 days they forget me. I was alone..so alone. And then that perfect day came New Year. I was so exited but, then i remembered that i have no one. I asked my bff that i was talking about that if she want to celebrati with me and she just said:" Sorry i alredy celebrate with someone! " When i heard that my heart just broke. Even my bff that i was thinking that is my sister left me. I had no one . No one to understand me. In school i was always sitting alone. I was always eating lunch alone. And this song showed me that its not that bad to be alone. When you are alone nobody can hurt you. When you are alone you are yourself you dont have to play that you are kind and funny. That you are special just the way you are!
