I have seen so many people in the comments section saying "yog not yoga" if anyone says yoga, but they can't understand that it's called both yog and yoga, in my area it's called yoga
Yoga is influenced by an English accent brother. Just like veda for ved, rama for raam, krishna for Krishn. The thing is, english people didn't had much clarity about Indian accent and speech. Our languages are formed from sanskrit and tamil which are the oldest languages and primarily spoken in ancient bharat, by that time there were no organized civilizations across the world. First of all we ourselves are wrong about yoga. We think that yoga means bending the body in certain way to get benefits. But in reality according to vedas Yoga means yog of aaham with aatma. As a Westerner, one of the reasons why I became Hindu was bc I researched the origins of yoga, meditation, ayurveda, etc. I understood that in order to practice these things authentically, I needed to embrace Sanatana Dharma. This is why I always say that Hinduism needs to be considered a religion so our practices aren't whitewashed/watered-down from its source. Stripping yoga of its dharmic origins and commercializing it, is blatant appropriation of a sacred practice. As a Westerner, one of the reasons why I became Hindu was bc I researched the origins of yoga, meditation, ayurveda, etc. I understood that in order to practice these things authentically, I needed to embrace Sanatana Dharma. This is why I always say that Hinduism needs to be considered a religion so our practices aren't whitewashed/watered-down from its source. Stripping yoga of its dharmic origins and commercializing it, is blatant appropriation of a sacred practice. 🙋♂️ऐ ईमान वालो याद करो जब अल्लाह ने वादा किया कि वह तुम्हें किसी लक्ष्य पर विजय प्रदान करेगा तो तुमने निहत्थे दल को पकड़ना चाहा किन्तु अल्लाह की इच्छा थी कि अपने वचनों के द्वारा सत्य को स्थापित करे और इनकार करनेवालों को जड़ से काट फेंके।
👉अल अन फाल--8--41--۞ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَىْءٍۢ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُۥ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِى ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ وَٱلْيَتَـٰمَىٰ وَٱلْمَسَـٰكِينِ وَٱبْنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ ءَامَنتُم بِٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ ٱلْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ ٱلْتَقَى ٱلْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌ ٤١
🙋♂️जान लो कि जो कुछ भी तुम लूट कर लाते हो उसका पाँचवाँ भाग अल्लाह और रसूल उसके निकट सम्बन्धियों अनाथों मिस्कीनों और ज़रूरतमंद मुसाफ़िरों के लिए है यदि तुम अल्लाह पर और उस चीज़ पर ईमान लाते हो जो हमने अपने बन्दे पर उस निर्णायक दिन उतारी थी जब दोनों सेनाएँ बद्र में आमने-सामने हुई थीं और अल्लाह हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य रखता है।
👉अल अन फाल--8--67--مَا كَانَ لِنَبِىٍّ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُۥٓ أَسْرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يُثْخِنَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ تُرِيدُونَ عَرَضَ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌۭ ٦٧
🙋♂️किसी नबी के लिए यह उचित नहीं कि वह किसी को गुलाम बनाए जब तक कि वह पूरी धरती पर कब्ज़ा न कर ले तुम ईमानवालों इस दुनिया की छोटी-मोटी कमाई से संतुष्ट हो गए जबकि अल्लाह का लक्ष्य तुम्हारे लिए आख़िरत है अल्लाह प्रभुत्वशाली तत्वदर्शी है।
👉अन अन फाल--8--68--لَّوْلَا كِتَـٰبٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ سَبَقَ لَمَسَّكُمْ فِيمَآ أَخَذْتُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌۭ ٦٨
🙋♂️यदि अल्लाह की ओर से पहले से कोई आदेश न होता तो जो कुछ भी तुम ने फिरौती के रूप में लिया है उसके बदले में तुम पर कठोर दंड लगाया जाता।
👉अल अन फाल--8--69--فَكُلُوا۟ مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلَـٰلًۭا طَيِّبًۭا ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ٦٩
🙋♂️अब जो कुछ तुमने लिया है, उसका आनन्द लो क्योंकि वह हलाल और अच्छा है और अल्लाह का डर रखो निस्संदेह अल्लाह अत्यन्त क्षमाशील, दयावान है।

पुस्तक-21- हदीस-6-खंड-3-पुस्तक- 19-हदीस-1553-ग्रेड:हसन (दारुस्सलाम)-अबू उमामाह से रिवायत है कि पैगम्बर ने कहा वास्तव में अल्लाह ने मुझे पैगम्बरों पर सम्मान दिया है उन्होंने कहा मेरा घर घरों पर है और उसने लूटमार करने को हमारे लिए वैध हलाल बना दिया है।?حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ سَيَّارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ اللَّهَ فَضَّلَنِي عَلَى الأَنْبِيَاءِ أَوْ قَالَ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الأُمَمِ وَأَحَلَّ لَنَا الْغَنَائِمَ " . وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَأَبِي ذَرٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَأَبِي مُوسَى وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَسَيَّارٌ هَذَا يُقَالُ لَهُ سَيَّارٌ مَوْلَى بَنِي مُعَاوِيَةَ . وَرَوَى عَنْهُ سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَحِيرٍ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ .

When I was a student in USA 15 yeaes ago, our apartement used to fine if they found yellow turmeric spots in kitcben cabinets or countertops , and now themselvea eat turmeric, it is also used in muatard sauce for coloring. Lot of. English words have Indian origin but lot of Americans do not lnow that since they dont use Oxford dictionary.
