    in question 7 shouldn't landings on the bottom and top be included into calculation? Sample item 10 for PDD in NCARB Handbook includes top and bottom landing, although the question specifically asks to include them.

      I was about to ask the same thing. I'm going to add the top and bottom landing since the NCARB example included them.

    Question 5. I really doubt a client will go for big toaster radiators. 80% of the time, for any situation, clients are going for RTU, even for residential lately.

      Totally agree. I live in climate zone 6. We'd almost certainly see an RTU for that situation. Pretty sure the Valvoline I go to has an RTU.
