Marc, you answered #4 as Fast Track, but in the CSI Project Delivery Practice Guide on page 114, it states that "Fast-track is not a project delivery method by itself, but instead is a scheduling technique that, while it can be used with any project delivery method, is primarily used with two construction management project delivery methods." So when I paused the video and answered #4 before you gave the answer, I was thinking the answer was Construction Manager as an Advisor. This stuff gets confusing man. I have the CDS exam in one week and answering questions like this makes me so nervous about taking the actual exam and attempting to answer questions like this one.

Agreed with you fast track is not a delivery method. Found an article published by gkkworks in 2013, there it has a comparison chart on delivery speed by different delivery methods. It shows Design-Build actually is 23% faster than CM at Risk. Answer to this question should be DB

The '05 edition of the AIA Professional Practice Handbook describes the National CAD Standards with this drawing order: Civil, Landscape, Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical. (with S before A) What is the actual answer here? I also don't have access to the newest handbook ('14?)...

On the last question #10 the final example regarding owner reviewing hours and paying a set fee, is that not a cost plus contract?
    Just want to verify

"3 Designers has spent 100 hour on the project" is poorly written if 300 hours is the desired input. It could be taken as 100 hours total. "Each one of 3 Designers have spent 100 hours on the project" is more like it.
