For 200 grams of meat (beef/chicken/pork/lamb)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp /15ml
Sesame oil 1/2 tbsp /7.5ml
Sugar 1/2 tbsp /7.5ml

* My recipe is not too sweet and not too salty. You can adjust the ratio of ingredients to your taste.
Note:
1. This marinade is good for 200 grams of meat. (It is a little less than a half pound. 1lb is 453 grams.)
2. If you add many vegetables, you should increase the marinade accordingly.
3. You can add fruits for natural sweetness. I recommend Korean pear, apple, pineapple, and kiwi (without seeds).
4. You can add any alcohol for better taste. Soju, beer, and wine are good. One tablespoon or less will be enough for this recipe.
5. You can skip sugar but you should use any substitute. Bulgogi tastes salty and sweet.
6. If your meat is fatty, you can use less sesame oil.
7. Measil-Cheong (Korean green plum extract) can be used as sugar but it's not essential.
8. Don't use high heat as soy sauce can get burnt. However, you can increase the heat after the water comes out.

고기 200 그램 (소고기/닭고기/돼지고기/양고기 모두 가능)
간장 1큰술 /15미리
참기름 1/2큰술 /7.5미리
설탕 1/2큰술 /7.5미리
후추 조금
1. 이 양념은 고기 200 그램 분량입니다.
2. 영상에서 보는 것보다 더 많은 야채를 넣으면 싱거울 수 있습니다.
3. 배, 사과, 파인애플, 키위(씨 없이)를 넣으면 더 맛있습니다.
4. 소주, 맥주, 와인 등 술을 조금 넣으면 좋습니다.
5. 설탕을 못 드시는 분들은 대체제를 넣어서도 조리 가능합니다.
6. 지방이 많은 고기를 사용하시는 경우는 참기름 양을 줄이세요.
7. 설탕 대신 매실청을 넣으셔도 됩니다.
8. 양념이 탈 수 있으므로 강불에서 조리하지 않습니다. 그러나 물이 생기기 시작하면 불을 세게 해도 됩니다.
