My neighbourhood hamburger shop has a Pickle Jam add-on so I was inspired by it. When I tried with Kimchi, it worked amazing! Now I'm thinking to use this kimchi jam with more variety of dishes, also thinking to make it healthier with natural ingredients instead totmato ketchup. Hang on 😘. 난 한국인이지만 이건 좀 그래요. 한국인은 돼지는 김치랑 같이 잘 먹어도 소고기는 김치랑 같이 잘 안먹는데다가 버거에 김치는 정말 황당하네요
저도 한국 아줌마에요 ㅋ 그냥 한번 특이하게 창작해봤어요. 근데 피클쨈같이 새콤 달콤한 게 나름 독특해요. 한번 시도해보세요 😉
