No Pacquiao said his shoulder was hurting since 2009 not that it was injured. Athletes put wear and tear on their body over time because of the punishment they put it through. For example Lebron ha suffered lower back pain for years.
So basically what Pacquiao probably had was a slight tendon tear, and then when he ramped up his training he injured himself. Mayweather himself said he also had some physical issues before the fight himself. Most Athletes are always one bad movement away from injury, because their bodies are worn out on a daily basis.

Pacquiao is never loss in a rematch.
Manny couldn't beat Floyd because Floyd runs the whole fight. He'll win on points, don't act like Mayweather would knock Manny out and dominate the fight. I don't care, at the end of the day Floyd can have his record because he hasn't put on more than a couple of fights where I've been entertained. He has good defense but he runs and shys away from actually fighting, so his record doesn't mean much to me. I'd much rather watch a guy with 30 wins and 5 losses knowing that he's going to mix it up and give me a good show while showing his skill.
