one of my most favorite classical songs....the most beatiful of the Four seasons....ah, the apidemy of class....and a nice glass of Carlos Rassi Chablis.....sigh what an outstanding evening
I still can not believe the effects of this music on people. It is just like a kind of intense and electrifying visual experience through my ears. It sounds a little bit crazy but I feel it like that. He is a genius and he looks so tender and truly modest at the same time.
i so love this and love itzhak! i played classical violin until college. i was never a very disciplined musician. i am 63 and have tried to play my violin from time to time and i sound like a first grader. i wanted to tell the person who used to play until the 7th grade to just keep practicing(not that i am one to give advice-haha) no, seriously, you will soon get you chops backs. thanks again to the poster of this beautiful music and video of ithzak!!!!!!
Even though hes really old his performance career is still quite healthy. He's a very lucky man in the fact that we can say his career is STILL healthy, many musicians careers are just starting to hit their prime when they are in their late 40s/early 50's. He can say he hit his prime when he was 12 and never came down off of it.
FABULOUS performance, Itzhak Perlman is definitely one of the greatest violinists of all time! PERFECT intonation, excellent staccatos, perfect meter, and very good agility of his fingers!
Beautiful to watch and listen to. Imagine performing that with the master Itzhak Perlman. It would be intense to keep up with him. If you watch he looks at them performing as if to wonder if there keeping up with him.
I met Perlman while standing on line to see a taping of David Letterman...he was very nice and signed an autoprgaph for me...i have the CD of the four seasons with him...buy it! its outstanding!
superpovAK......I actually wanted to give you + 10 but youtube won't allow me :P The world needs people like you, overthinking for the better and not being cocky to everyone! So, now you know how i think about it! Peace!
@ammoune9 hahahaha, don't try to act smart and than blow your cover by telling him to repair his eyes xD i guess it's all about the ears cuz i can't c on his sheet that he was mistaken....but i certainly heard!
La mejor versión de la historia👍sin dudas!!!. Gracias por compartir la grabación. Saludos

His joy is the music and as he plays it. I wish I had his joy in music to play as well without the base play or fail judgment.

I put his bowings in MY music when I play Winter. I am no where near close to him, though......
@wattamara No wonder. His student David Garret always smiles big when he plays violin. Same :D
go looking for giuliano carmgnola...listen to him
Interpreta tan bien y fácil,como otros caminan,respiran,tosen o parpadean.
You really feel he is playing with the orchestra and not just on top of it.
it's great performance, but I prefer Nigel Kennedy one`s
