more than the recipe, I really like the efforts taken to make up the story and film it. Again for the recipe, it is fab. Looking further to many such short films 😅😅
Im already a Fan of yours. Nice story, Great Puff Pastry brings me back to memories of Paris. An Apple within makes it sort of an apple pie. Though honestly, I am not a big fan of Feta Cheese, I find it to have a gamey taste and smell. Now that I have discovered your channel, will spread the word around. Everyone is experimenting in the Kitchen with the Pandemic on-going and not leaving our homes. I also love that you have skill share.
The Force is with the Chef!! The delivery is amazingly unique! Every step honored and truly shown how much work goes into the beauty of the work behind our food! Excited to see what’s next!
Natalia, you crack me up! So creative and that mischievous smile. lol. This recipe looks amazing. Wow! Wow! Wow! Thanks for sharing. btw - Come to Canada in February if you want to experience cold. lol The Force is with the chef!
I've lived in Canada for several years. Trust me, it's a very different kind of cold... much colder here in winter🤓 The Force is with The Chef✌Thank you
@@ChefRudakova Wonderful that you have had a Canadian experience. Our country is the size of Europe and has winter temperatures ranging from +35c to -45c depending on location and time of the year. It really depends on where you lived. Colder than Canada? Where are you living? :-D May the Force be with you Chef!
@@duncanjames914 I've lived in Alberta and Ontario in Canada. It gets really cold in CA, true. But your houses are amazing, so warm and dry when you get home. Now imagine 4-10 degrees C with humidity 90% (so it feels like 0 degrees) and ZERO insulation in houses.... like ZERO. Also tile floors, instead of carpet or wooden, like in Canada. And, yes.... NO heating or dehumidifying systems installed.... No joke, we are wearing North Face in house some days in winter here, plus 3-4 layers of wool socks .... I'd chose Canadian winters 10 out of 10 times, rather than Cypriot😔
Chef R, I bought two boxes (of for each) of cannoli molds several years ago... Still sitting in the drawer waiting for their turn to shine! Now.... There seem to be two types... More of a whipped mousse like version, and then a custardy kind. I am NO fan of custard. Can we do the whipped kind? Maybe a Raspberry Bavarian cream version? I am from Mississippi, where"American cheese" is considered cheese. Agree living with a Swiss Chef for 8 years, I now tell others what I was told. "That's not cheese. That's WAX!" Now a self proclaimed gourmet chef, I am so happy to have you right there in my kitchen on my phone. In my new kitchen, there will be a screen, just so I can watch and learn from you! May the force be with you, Chef! ✌️💙🥘 Sammy #Cheflivesmatter
Watching your opening to the tutorial, I was thinking you were possibly making a king cake or pithivier! I was so excited to see it was more complex in the flavor department! I racked my brain thinking what an apple fett is… but I finally saw what you did there 😉 Apple Feta and bubba fett?!? And yes, I know I would love to see you make cannolis! My absolute favorite pastry that gets a chefs kiss every time, muah!
OMG this is sooo good.. i am a cook from germany and i am really a big fan but his is the first time i write a comment because this vvideo is just to amazing not to write a comment..i recreated a couple of dishes from you by now and i am waiting to see what you do next :D keep it up.. (i have a lil work put in a few recipes myself and it would be an honor if my hero could take a look at them :D ) plaese dont change.. love from germany
