I also have an on3 turbo 3v and have experienced the same issues you're having with the exhaust manifold to turbo connections. The ball and socket design of the manifold connection really fuckin sucks and is prone to leaking. If you find a permanent solution PLEASE let me know. Sweet car!
I believe a permanent solution which would require custom work would be to buy a pair of Evil Energy 3-piece v-band clamp. You would need to cut the ball and socket connections off and get the v-band connections welded
@@ForzaPulls I’m not looking to run that sort of power and I have 1000cc injectors already. Also have return system im putting in that I’m building the proper way that won’t cost anywhere that.
The rear wheel and tire combo you have on the car while it's on the dyno looks awesome. What's size of the rear wheels (diameter and width) and tires you have on the rear of the stang?
So the only thing u did internally on your 4.6 3v was boss rods? asking because have a 3v and looking to boost but was recommended to do forged pistons and rods and crank shaft. Really only looking to get around 550-600 safely for the motor. Have upgraded pulleys 3.73s gears, upgraded intake, throttle body fuel pump and other little things. You’re saying I could just get pistons and gaskets and be okay to run boost?
@@ForzaPulls I'm having the same issue. ac compressor wont kick on with a new AC clutch relay, so i jumped the relay to turn the compressor on and fill it with freon. It spins and vents blow freezing cold until I take the jumper out, and the ac compressor shuts off and air goes back to warm. Replaced the AC switch and the pressure switch under the hood, and nothing. However I did notice that the AC clutch was making a gross noise when I jumped it manually... but I dont understand why it wouldn't work even if its on its way out
You would need high compression at least 12:1 E85, ported heads, cams, intake, long tubes, and the whole 9 yards and I don’t even know if that would get you over 400
Were you able to get the car up to 700 horsepower? And if so did you upgrade your front mount intercooler or you still using the one they sent with the kit?

I just bought my 3v from new port richey. Maybe I need to bring it back to get some work from you guys
I've got the ford performance dual fuel pump kit and Im at 90% duty cycle at 630 hp on 93 kinda bummed about it.
You need to put in a lot of work into a 3v to make high power
Yeah I have a BAP and GT500 dual duel pull and running full E85. I’ll get numbers soon but almost maxed out
You need a return fuel style system to run 800-1400 hp that setup runs around $2k not to mention injectors

@@Weights_be4_dates Beefcake racing kit isnt proper 💀. I understand DIY but I’m going for reliability.

All you need from the forums I read is gen 2 coyote rods not the pistons just the rods and they can hold up to 600
My AC doesn’t work on my 08 GT any ideas what it could be ?
Check the AC compressor, also check the ac switch under the passenger dash and the Relay under the hood . Is it blowing at all? Blowing hot? No power?

Make my 07 convertible GT better please... You're not that far away from where it's at.
What is the best na / bottome end build to get 400-500 build.

@@Weights_be4_dates copy ik it has frrp , kooks lt’s made 340 torque 335 wheel
4.6l stroked to 5.0, depeding on compression 10.1-11.1 you get over 400whp. Depends on few other mods, you need 127600 cams and ported heads too

I actually sold the car. Not quite sure final numbers tbh
Could you link the turbo you have ?
it’s a on3 kit
@@Cherrythe3v didn’t you say it was also smaller than a 70/70

Can you share the mods on the 4.6?
Yeah I did a video a while back with the mods and what I’ve done. This video shows what I’ve changed as far as engine stuff goes and fuel etc.
