In the process of getting the games I own digitally on physical and the money I spent buying them on digital vs buying them now on physical is crazy, yeah digital is cheaper but physical is better, don’t get why people are going more towards digital now
Keep in mind im a 05 kid and im probably one of the only few from my generation who actually plays games physically and not digitally
I'm the same. I've always bought physical where I can since you effectively own the game forever unlike digital where if your account gets banned or hacked, you could lose access to the game. Also the fact that you can sell physical games for a fair bit of money too if you're not planning on replaying them in the future. It's what I've done with a lot of my PS5 games.
Fun fact. Cex used to sell Michigan for 50p.
Curious why your not interested in Michigan since its a Japanese horror game?
probably cause it has the word Michigan and he does not know it is Japan Horror Game but an American Game LOL
Anyone who looks at video games as an investment is a mug that comment was right. This is coming from someone who owns all the PS2 big hitters. When i did buy them, it wasn't for tax reasons or to make stupid little tiktoks for kids.
If you wouldn’t spend £600 to make £2000 immediately you’re just not very bright mate.
Bloody 'el mate go and hug someone.
😂😂
@RawDeal248 Is there any need for that? The games likely get returned immediately after the video is edited together. It's all for entertainment. 🙂
Cool
De-listings, License end & remaster placing originals are another reason to not support digital. I regret that over the years I traded games & consoles when finished with but since watching these collectors videos it brought me to respect games more & to collect them again. Consoles I never buy day 1 I always wait minimum 6 months, and this last generation has kinda proved it as PS5 is only now starting to stand higher as has been & still alot of games being made for ps4, another reason not worth getting PS5 Pro
Saw you wandering through Stafford earlier today. Too chicken to say hello I'm afraid, sorry!
Michigan has been that price for quite a while (its not shot up) its only ROR that has dropped
I guess you could use the I spent 620 on this game Is it any good if you do decide to play kuon
Michigan report from hell is a Japanese developed survival horror game lol
I keep all my consoles and still continue to play them despite buying new consoles. There’s just nothing like the kind of nostalgia you get when you play old games. Currently playing Heart of Darkness on the ps1
I just finished last of us part 2 as my modern game and dino crisis as my retro game. So I need two more games to start... Retro wise I'm thinking alundra on ps1 and modern..... Prince of Persia PS5
Kuon is sick game , but not £600 sick but I understand
I think youve mentioned this at least 5 times in the last month 😂
I know you only purchase games you’re interested in playing… BUT I’d love to see you chase the whole PAL set of ps2.. just for content alone it would be a good investment
We get it mate, you own kuon.
Great video I love collecting for my ps4 and ps5 but I do collect sega mega drive because I have good memories when I was little so that console means alot to me . Keep up the great work 👍
I’m hopeful that digital only consoles will follow the journey that Steam and PC Gaming has taken. So you’ll be able to buy CD keys from many more retailers rather than discs. And so we’ll still get the competition when it comes to pricing.
For example, publishers will sell CD keys through Green Man Gaming and the Humble store in addition to Steam direct, and they will have different prices, some will have sales, etc.
As for consoles, I’ve never really sold anything other for mid gen refreshes, and I got rid of my PS4 pro because I genuinely had no reason to own one anymore when I bought a second PS5 for the house.
Used to trade in my games and consoles for the newer ones, but now I'm not a tennager and have a proper job, I just keep the old consoles and games.
I really want to get Michigan Report From Hell but it's been too expensive for too long, really hoping that some might turn up in Italy like Rule Of Rose did to assist in dropping the price a bit.
Always keep my old consoles. I went predominately Digital only for PS4 and PS5 but will pick up certain physical games for them. I currently only have a digital edition of the PS5 as that’s all I could get when it first came out but my physical collecting focus is still on PS1, PS2, PS3 (plus Evercade) as it’s a great time to collect for them, however I will at some point shift my focus and start collecting more physical for the PS4 and PS5 as I will likely pick up a second PS5 with a disc drive at some point. I agree that the more options to buy the better and there is a place for both physical and digital games which is why I collect both (tho I don’t tend to buy digital games at full price these days and tend to wait a few months for a discount)
I keep all my consoles and handhelds, I still have my childhood console from the 90s the NES up in the attic, since my gaming mood changes day by day I like having the option to play the pc, ps, xbox, nintendo or sega available at all times
bro physical collecting is actually a joke now recently i wanted to play alice the madness returns and its £40 on ps3 but £1.34 ON PC!!!!
I ordered my copy of rule of rose today from ebay still pricey but a far site better than cex prices
They will add a disc drive to the new PS6 as a expensive add on lol
Usually give away/sell consoles to family members / work mates
The constant light on these games is what's making it worse pricewise yeah.
I like youre honestly. Keep up the good work buddy. 😊
Do you have Michigan Report from Hell?
Bro really explained the taxes if video games and made sense
What happened to your instagram?
First, love the content pal
9:40 are you not concerned that these consoles will eventually break? I mainly play on PC so I don't really know how long these consoles last but eventually these consoles will be unusable.
People own 30+ year old consoles that work fine, and with just how many million of each of the these consoles there are knocking about, combined with how people will mod and even improve them? All will be fine for my lifetime
