This helped me a lot, I was able to wire it up on the first try. You da man! What I did was I put the Controller behind the passenger tail light, Then drilled the white ground to the body of the car behind the carpet. Next I cut off 4 inches of the red and brown wire going to the controller, Connected the red and brown to the single 4 inch red wire piece. Now that brown and red are to a single red wire I attached it to the purple and black wire on the tail light. Then I attached the green wire from the controller to the black and green on the passenger side. Next I attached 5ft of yellow wire to the yellow wire going to the controller. I ran it across to the driver side, and connected it to the Black and white wire. Last I connected the power cable with fuse. I ran it under the car panels and to the battery. Thanks so much man

Works on a 14' TDI. Check your splice connectors, had one not break the rubber coating.
