Dr. Prasad , i haven't undergone any surgery. But i have an issue , in some photos my upper eyelid area is hooded and loos really good byt in some photos the hoodedness is not thuer and it gives a hollow look in upper eyelid area. Whats the reason of this?
Hi @rohit6489, As I mentioned in your other comment, increase or decrease in your body fat percentage can change your facial, and eye appearance. Other than that, I would have to physically examine your eyelids in consultation to give you more details. I hope this clarifies things for you.
@@AmiyaPrasadMD doc do you provide any form of EMI payments? I want to come from India to get this treated so I can't afford to pay all the money at once

Hi Doctor, my initial blepharoplasty was done by a doctor with little or any exp. As a result, I have asymmetrical, droopy, and douple vision. I feel totally regretfully in pursuing with eyelid surgery to treat ptosis. Can you help doctor can I see you pics.
Hi Irma Rojas Castillo, Sorry to hear about your problem. If you want to have ptosis corrected after a previous blepharoplasty, the only way I can first help you is through a formal consultation. Consultation can be done over Skype or FaceTime, but needs to be arranged through our offices, and does entail a consultation fee. Hello Doctor. Is it possible to create upper eyelid hollow with blepharospasm or with this acid? I love upper eyelid hollow, I have an almond eye with low crease height. Thank you so much Looking forward to receiving your response. Have a great day
Hi Fire moon I can, For your own safety, I don't recommend trying to hollow the upper eyelid/lower brow area, especially since we are trying to avoid it for most people, and correct it in others. I hope this clarifies things for you.
Hi doctor, this is super interesting, but i had one question: Because hyaluronic fillers last around a year, it may become really expensive to maintain the volume over the years(even more than a surgical revision) ? But I also learned about the lipfiller( hyaluronic acid) creating scar tissues when it's done multiple times and making the lip more plumpy permanently. Can such similar phenomenon happen over years of injection in the eyelid? May it improve and lessen the need of injection overtime(with the additional drop due to aging)? Thank you for all your videos, and sorry if my english is imperfect :)
Hi Tevy sabot, Hyaluronic acid fillers do require periodic maintenance, but it won't cost as much as repeated surgery. In most cases, filler treatment does not replace surgery, and vice versa. Even facial implants often require filler treatment for more precise results. I perform lip filler treatment with a blunt-tipped cannula instead of a needle, and minimize the pokes through the skin, which avoids creating scar tissue. I hope this clarifies things for you.
Hi Doc, I had upper blesphatoplasty in which it was aggressive and most of the fat skin and crease are no longer there tight crepy bony looking eyes. If I'm not at 6 months if healing yet can the filler be administered after the 3 month mark? At this point the results are in if too much was taken?
Hi Rebecca Coleman, Sorry to hear about your problem. You are still healing from the surgery, so it may be early yet for any revision or complimentary procedure as the tissue may still have some temporary swelling. I suggest you have this examined by surgeon, and usually the earliest time for a revision as you pointed out is at least 6 months after the initial surgery. I hope this helps you.
Thank you Doctor about your information, dr my question 1-which procedure is better for face rejuvenation micro needling or fractional laser 2- can we have PRP then have fractional deep laser . Thank you
Hi renee sam, 1 - It depends on what you want to treat, and your skin type. Both treatments induce collagen. 2. I often combine fractional laser and PRP, and/or alternate treatments to reduce the aggressiveness of laser treatment. Laser treatment can be overdone, but PRP is safe to use with regularity. I hope this clarifies things for you.
Hi doc Prasad.. its been 10 days when i had may upper eyelid blep. I noticed my one eyedlid has developing 2 folds.. is this posible can happen to have 2 folds or just because of swelling...? Thnks
Hi Saba Shahzad, Sorry to hear that. Hollowness in both upper and lower eyelids can be treated, but your situation needs to be assessed first with a physical exam. I hope this helps you.

Hi Doc, I have a question. Can mild lower eyelid retraction be fixed with this type of filler? look forward to visitng your office soon when this virus lets up!
Hi I like Stuff, Filler is not likely able to raise the lower eyelid enough to make a difference. We are opening again in our Long Island location by June 15th, so I can see you soon to evaluate your condition, and make specific recommendations for your case. I hope this helps, and hope to see you soon!
