- Love is in the air.... We spend our second sea day, which is also Valentines day onboard P&O Iona.
We have a special meal in the Limelight Club with a show by the fabulous La Voix. Have you tried the Limelight Club on P&O Iona or Britannia? This was a first for us and we loved it!
So we hope you enjoy following along with us on our cruise adventures! We love cruising with P&O and now that we have sailed on Iona it means we have sailed the whole fleet again! Our last cruise was on P&O Britannia and we've already got our next P&O cruise planned, this time on P&O Aurora. We're also hoping to cruise on P&O Arvia in the future.

About Us
We started cruising in 2014 by doing a mini break on P&O Aurora. Making videos of our cruises and sharing our experiences has become our hobby, they may not be to everyone's tastes but they are our way of remembering the great times we've had, so please keep this in mind - we are not professionals and the complete video is shot and edited on an iPhone in our spare time. The videos are our opinions and experiences while on board.
We may not be the youngest cruisers but we are trying to break the stereotype that cruising is for retired people. I narrowly missed out on La Voix and am still gutted about it, we saw somebody else and to put it nicely, it was not for me at all… I left before the end. Would have loved this though! 😂

La Voix was probably the best entertainment I've seen in all my years on P&O. So glad we booked early. Loved the little rose on the bed. I loved the panorama bar the best as it seemed to be the most quiet. (no one could be bothered to go up that extra set of stairs 😂). lovely to see @excessbaggage!
Completely agree, We've even booked as she is in Milford Haven in May :) It was the perfect spot to a few drinks on a sunny day! It really was lovely to meet Sam and Mark :)
Luke was so funny in the empty bar. He is his own party!

I think you could spend an entire week at sea and still not discover the entire ship! Love the rose on the bed for Valentine’s Day. That burger looks so amazing and filling for sure yum 😋 I really enjoyed the experience in the Limelight what a unique experience! Luke got a bit tipsy at the end 😂
Yeah, it definitely needs 14 days to try and see everything! The burger was blooming delicious. Hahahaha, it wouldn't be one of our vlogs if they ended sober!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SUNSET AND OCEAN VIEWS. The food looked great. Really hoping that you did Afternoon Tea. The teaser of La Voix was fabulous.
Glad you enjoyed! We failed to do the afternoon team, there was just so much to do on the ship, 7 days is not enough! We did force ourselves to try the ice cream afternoon tea later in the cruse :)

It was massive and really nice! Glad you enjoyed it! La Voix was fab but might not be everyone's taste but they do have a couple of acts during a cruise so hopefully something for everyone.

La Voix was absolutely hilarious, honestly...... One of the best acts we've seen on any cruise ship. Bravo to P&O for booking such a fantastic act. Great fun video guys, ahhhh memories !

We enjoyed her in the Limelight, we even went back to see her again on Arvia, but it was more or less the same show. Great that they do mix up the artists.

Loved the prime minister burger but next time I would take the blue cheese off, the paid for food was amazing but I found the buffet a let down, but staff on iona are legends, nothing was too much trouble. We back on her again next month around the fjords
We'd happily have it again too! We found the lunches ok in the buffet but didn't eat much in there as we'd favour the Quays to be honest. Yes, we met some fantastic staff on there! Have a great time in the Fjords, brilliant ship to be doing that on!

Love it! We join Iona 3 weeks today! We absolutely loved her in October, can’t wait to do it all again. Do you remember the name of the flamingo cocktail in the Emerald bar?
Have a fabulous time! If you ask for the flamingo drink, they will know ;) It is La Laguna De Fuente (Chase Pink Grapefruit and Pomelo Gin, Licor 43, Blandy's Madeira Malmsey 10 year old, Pomegranate Syrup, lemon juice and topped with Tattinger Brut Prestige Rose (£8.75)

You'll find most say 'open until late'. Brodies and the club house were the latests, at least 1am
Not keen on those overlooked balconies ..
