    You’ve made such a difference to my life and health, Dr. G. Even though I’m not perfect I’m sooo much better than before. I’ve improved my kidneys after Wegeners and even recovered “miraculously” from a weird MAC infection according to my pulmonologist. I attribute it to your protocols. Thank you!!

    Thank you, as always. I watch and rewatch all your Wellness Wednesdays. You are such an incredible help, Dr. Goldner. I hope you are very aware of not only how much you help really ill people survive and heal, but how you help people like me, just kind of beaten down by life’s blows, get my mojo back with this empowering diet and your oh-so-kind and generous-beyond-belief support.A huge hug from an American in Japan.

    Hi Dr Goldner! I love that I found you and your husband and have been having smoothies daily with my husband since Sept and love them! We are drinking the smoothies for our heath but have lost 28lbs and 20” from breast waist thigh and arm measurements. My question is, do you end up with excess skin hanging off your body from weight loss. I exercise daily so I’m moving my whole body. But I hope to loose more. I’m 69.

    Wanted to share this for whoever might read it, all this time I’ve been thinking I had rheumatoid arthritis and I actually have Lyme disease. There’s so many of us out there, who have gone to every single doctor and wondering what in the world is going on. If all your symptoms just don’t make sense, try taking the Lyme questionnaire online. Now I have finally pointed in the right direction. God bless. 🥗🙏💚💚💚

    I chew on crunchy veggies or fruits along with drinking my smoothie anyway. Also, it's only raw banana that has the problematic enzyme, so I toss chunks of banana in boiling water for a couple of minutes because heat destroys the problematic enzyme, then toss it into my smoothie. It's still creamy smooth.

    I like the info on food addiction. Seems to me like the majority of the population is addicted (like 99%). This explains why I prefer being alone than with people (I'm not addicted to anything) and find people my age (66) fat, addicted, sick and unattractive.

      Oh gosh, I can relate. The more clean my diet became and the more aware I’ve become of how other people behave because of their food and alcohol addictions, the fewer people I’ve wanted to be around. I don’t know anyone else (in person) that doesn’t drink and who is
      95+% vegan. Requires so much tolerance to be in relationship with family and friends nowadays. 😔

    Hi Doc, do bananas cause weight gain while on protocol.? I'm trying to lose weight so was just concerned since bananas are a carb and high in sugar.

    • @andreawisner7358
      @andreawisner7358 6 месяцев назад

      Bananas are made of macronutrients carbohydrates, protein and fat, and numerous micronutrients, i.e. vitamins and minerals. Saying that bananas are carbs is inaccurate.
      That said, bananas have a little bit more calories than other fruits and vegetables. If you eat too many of them you may gain weight, depending on what else you eat.

    Dr G. I agree that eating plant based and real, whole food is the way to heal, however, I'm still eating some chicken and wild caught salmon, and would not consider that an "addiction." I am eating a lot less of it but still some. I'm moving towards "mostly" plant based. Communicating what are the best foods to get healthy is great, but I think it's wrong to try and convince people that if you eat a little meat or eggs in an otherwise mostly healthy plant based diet is wrong. That can make them feel like an addict as in drugs. I appreciate all that you have to offer and I frequently listen to you and follow most of your advise but disagree on that level.

    • @jacqueeelle6287
      @jacqueeelle6287 6 месяцев назад +1

      She said that she is going by the evidence and people's results. When people heal, but then they start eating animal products again, symptoms, health, blood values worsen.
